~ EXPECTED CODE OF CONDUCT ~
Nagi

-Division 5-
Division five is a small, laid-back yet organized unit that cares about its members and who they are. We work hard to learn what we know and work even harder to maintain our minds on the battle field and in training. Using kido is more than just chanting words. It is about keeping our focus and control over ourselves when it really counts.
We pay close attention to our members. In order to maintain the solder's mental stability, we will never hesitate to lend a hand to those in need. We expect nothing but the best (In RP) from everyone. Strict (RP) rules ensure that everybody is a leader when it comes to doing what is right. No exceptions are made- everyone is treated equally.
- Nagi put it quite well in the above quote. Read it, take it to heart.
* This guild is literate, this squad is literate, so you must be as well. Post at least once a week, make sure that post is at the VERY LEAST three or four sentences long, with each sentence containing more than four words. (Even then, it's a stretch.) Use spell-check often. No one likes to see words that are half misspelled in haste.
* Maintain a positive attitude both inside of this squad and out. When you talk smack, regardless of where you are when you do, you reflect poorly on this squad. Do not do it if you wish to remain a member of Squad Five for long. ("talk smack" is in reference to foul language, poor attitudes, aggression OoC, and disrespect.)
* Follow ALL guild rules, and respect the crew, as well as normal members. Do not flame, do not bash, and most of all, do not be an a** for the sake of being an a**.
- In Character Conduct -
* We are a kido squad. You are expected to have a high grasp of kido. While that is the case, you are not expected to have a high grasp the moment you join. Train. Train with the vice, practice with your squad mates, learn the basics, and move up.
* Do not back down from a fight, simply because your character is afraid, especially not when there are people that need protecting. This is important, although silly. Squad five believes in protecting those who cannot protect themselves, and are expected to follow through. Never leave a fallen squad mate behind, never surrender unless there is no other option and it is the only way to save your life, and never stop pressing the enemy until they are dead and gone.
* R-e-s-p-e-c-t, apply it. Do not ever backtalk the captain, or the vice-captain, or any squad member that has a higher seat than you. This does NOT mean that seated members can give orders to unseated, but it does mean that if a seated member passes down a command, you obey. Period.
- Kido Regulations -
- Information on kido, including the list of current kido, is located in the fifth division library thread. Please refer to it if you have any questions.

~ FAQ ~
"Can I please learn shikai?"
- Have you been in the guild for a minimum of two months, and maintained activity throughout that time?
"Can I train myself for kido?"
- No. Not even captains can train themselves. You MUST be trained by an eligible individual. If you are found using kido that you have not trained for, you will be ejected from the squad, if not the guild.
"Can I auto-hit with bakudo? I've never seen anyone in the anime dodge them.
- Auto-hitting in any fashion is strictly prohibited. So no, you may not.
"I'm having a problem with so-and-so, can you do something about it?"
- If you are having a problem with someone, talk to the captain or myself, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
"Can I make my own thread?"
- As long as it is not excessive, yes. Please note in the title whether or not it is in character, out of character, or private.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to PM either Captain Yamoto, or myself.
