Tese are all drawn with my graphite drawing pencils and those that are colored are colored with my prysmacolor pencils. Most are done in my art class sketchbook. This is my first OC that is a geisha(an apprentice, note red and white collar) Sayuri;

TABI like both of your pictures. I much more detailed than I get in classtime sketches.
TABI really llike the face on your drawing. She seems very calm and graceful. The only thing I would add some shadows on her face other than her nose. I really bad at shading... so I don't were to add to the shadows. sweatdrop I am not sure that her legs would get that long. It's very hard to draw legs like that though. Overall very pretty. It's looks very ukiyo-e/woodblockish.
TABAnimals are so hard to draw. I hate drawing animals. Um, I really don't have any CC for this one but I am dying to know why the fork?

we had to make a kind of still life and the girl at my table chose a fork (her pictures looked like photographs) and she wanted to do the shadowing on it, so i placed it on the opposite side of the statue from me sweatdrop the only reason i didn't do to many shadows on her face is because with a geisha, their white makeup is used to cancel out all normal things on the face. the kind of makeup will determine if you can see them express much emotion or not. most geisha you can't even notice any shadows because of how white the makeup is. 3nodding
