One Life
As i wake... the cold shuttering against my body.
The pain is unbearable, I have been stabbed,
I had been awaken by chance, not because it was wanted or needed,
I don't know why god brought me back to this hell hole.
Its chaos down here, I was stabbed over and over, you can still see the scars.
This all happened as I wandered not knowing anything so confused...
I felt like a stranger every were I went.
My “ mother” says I'm a part of there family I don't feel it.
I feel like I don't belong, like I don't understand anyone or anything like I was meant to be stabbed and meant to be taken away from this place.
The truth is I feel like I have been cursed, a curse to relive my life in a different manner one of brutal pain, suffering, sorrow, anger and much more.
I have dreams of a happy life... One that didn't evolve pain, suffering, disloyalty, lying, cheating, steeling, beating... I am alone no one around I sit here and no one calls... no one cares ... no one talks to me like m a ghost in the wind just there and no one cares, like I have no friends, like I have no family.
I can't live with this I have to end it... so i try... Something distracts me ..... a girl. She was about to enter a mine field. One that could change our lives forever but she was willing to risk it whether she knew it or not. She kept me waiting she kept me hoping. Hoping that some day she would find me in the field that she would care maybe even love me. She didn't stop she kept calling my name... i would answer, quietly at first. Never knowing what would happen. I woke up one day and I didn't here anything... dead silence. I cried. I thought someone would be able to help me... that some one cared enough to get me out...out of this pain, and suffering... some one who might love me...
It was over. I couldn't take it.. not any more, I put my head to the ground and herd a faint noise.... I lifted my head and turned around to see what was making the soft noise... but it was gone... no noise at all. I put my head to the ground and herd the wonderful lullaby. It went on and on and I saw some one in my mind as I slowly closed my eyes.
It was not just a random person it was her... the girl that has been looking for me. Her back is turned and shaking... not like she was cold but like she has been traumatized. my mind went blank I herd a soft voice I couldn't make out what she was saying but it seems like she wants me to come up and see her. Why would she be in my dream? I slowly walk up a little at a time and I get close and turn around and think what am I doing.... I blocked out my mind and just turned around and put my hand on her shoulder. Light burst in to my eyes as she turned around her eyes looking deep in to my soul and her hand shoots out in to my chest it hurt at first and then i felt an overwhelming sensation warming and calm. I went from mad, sad, misunderstood, to being happy, I looked back at her and i see her other hand pulling something out of her chest it was like a window and she showed that a little bit of her soul exposed. I looked up and saw her eyes, like they were telling me to look in to her soul so I looked and saw I'm not the only one... she had too many scars too, like we both were wondering why god had put us back into this hell hole. Why?? So we could be beaten down, lied to, cheated, stolen from... it was like we went threw the same things, we understood why each other acted the way we did. It was over just like that, I opened my eyes and found my self in the same place. I thought things were going to change. I thought that I found some one... some one who cared who might even love me. Then I felt some thing, like some one putting an angel around my heart. It stung at first but it was the best feeling ever. I herd a voice that said “ Its making its imprint.” I turned around and it was her... the girl from my dream. She said “ It's mine.” I asked what “What is yours?” She said “The angel is mine she has chosen you.” I knew from that day on that she would help that she could help me. She picked me up and she helped me out of the mine field and helped me understand so much more and she loved me and she still loves me. Every so often i go back to the edge of the mine field to see how close i was, seeing what i had gone threw.... and some times I venture too far into it and I need help out but my angel has shown me how to get out and she helps me every day she loves me always and I know I will be with here forever. She was the girl from my dream and I know this dream will never end.
I wrote this inspired by a girl named Erika Lanae' Argo. And yes she is the angel. She helped me threw so much I wanted to end it but she kept me hoping she kept me waiting, hoping, and loving her. I have loved her ever sense I met her and I will love her forever. I know a lot of what she has been threw and I know I can trust her and treat her right. I know I can treat her how a woman should be treated and I will. And I want to thank Erika Argo for saving me and thank you for giving me my life back and for being in it with me and sharing it and being there for me. I will love you forever and I will treat you right. I am the lucky one because I met a Wonderful, Amazing girl and she loves me and I promise I will always love you my Lil Angel.
