Well since this is the first time I ever made a guild, I wasn't really sure how to set it up. But after some experience and some thinking I felt it was time to renovate. Why? Well our guild says Sonic RP Guild but it's more of a Sonic Fan Guild more focused on RPing. So I wanna change it to be even more focused on RPing.
Things I'm gonna change or add:

The Rules
and I'm gonna be a little more strict.
If you have any Ideas please post them here!

Subforum Changes
Here is my envisioning of the Subforum changes. If you have any Ideas Please Let me Know!
RPs based on the Games
This will be where the RPs based on the Games Continuity (Naturally)
Sonic X
RPs based on the Sonic X
Archie Comics RPs
Rps based on the Archie Comic Continuity Will be placed here.
Cross Over RPs
Rps that have a Cross Over
Alternate Timeline/Mixed RPs
Basically if it's a RP with both Archie and Game characters it should be place here. Also RPs with that takes place in the future when all the characters are dead or in the past when the characters weren't even alive then it should be posted here. Also RPs with ONLY Fancharacters should go here.
Other Roleplays
Basically this is where Non-Sonic RPs will be posted.
Private/One on One RPs
Where Private One on One RPs will be
Character Profiles
This is where all Character Profile Threads will go
OOC
This is where the OOC threads will be made
Finished/Dead RPs:
I'm going to delete all the threads in this one, unless it WAS Completed

I was thinking. . . Some of us*cough*me*cough* here take forever to create RPs. Is it possible to create a Test Forum, so we can create the thread, then have a mod move it when it is done? And the Test Forums could also be used to test out post formats in guild coding.

I think a good thing could be to have different levels of experience in roleplaying too, so people can roleplay at the same level if they feel like it's an important element for them to get in the mood. Not necessarily label all RPGs after "difficulty", but at least have a place for every level of experience.
Overall, I'm excited about the renovating. You've planned it well and seem to take the necessary enthusiasm for it, so I'm hoping for it to become better =)

Question: What if there is a Sonic rp that has BOTH fancharacters and also sonic canon characters? Also another question is if you have an rp based on a fanchar (Examples: The unknown and Temple of adventure or doom ) where would they go? =T

Since Fancharacters are usually involved they are allowed everywhere if the thread maker allows it 3nodding
Well it really depends how it is based on a fan character. If the fan character is a badguy and Sonic and friends are trying to stop him then you just need to put what continuity to put it in. ^^

Well I was thinking about a Subforum called Literate or Advance RPs but I think I'll leave it to the thread owners to choose who can participate or not.
If I (or someone else) made a RP that several Literate RPers want to do but are frustrated at the beginner RPers, the RP could be remade for the more advanced RPers. ^^ [ Of course with permission if I didn't make the thread. ]

no no. I'm all set now. The reason I had to stop it was because I got in trouble on sunday and I didn't want anybody to post until I came back. So I'm all set now. XD I got let off early. Thanks for the concern though.
