I've recieved enough votes for the construction of the universal hall. There is one issue though, the construction of this hall. As I see it we've two options.
Option 1
The Espada hall is deleted and we will change the name of the Captains hall. This will be benifit us all since it will still be at the top and the Espada Hall isn't used. I personally see this as the best option so the crew won't have to check three separate threads.
Option 2
A new sub-forum is created and the Captains Hall will be transformed into something for shinigami purposes only.
Option 3
If you've a better idea please post it.
The name is also up for debate.
