Okay, here it is. The thread where you can bring in your ideas for custom weapons, jutsu, styles, skills, seals, demons, Clans, and Bloodlines.

Chances that you'll get anything from Skills to Bloodlines? None to "Omg wtf is this? there's nothing here".

Request away, don't try any stupid stuff. I'm also not in the habit of telling you why something's wrong... I'm just going to tell you if you can have it or if it sucks. I might add certain restrictions to it... or if I happen to like it enough, make a few changes to stop it from sucking so hard. But generally, it'll be a yes or a no and up to you to figure out what's wrong with it.

Lightning bolts have been done, and are high-level jutsu.

Surrounding wall of fire... something like the Water Prison jutsu, only of fire. Wouldn't be too bad.

1. No. The force required to break the sound barrier is too great, your description of them was far too powerful, and it's not something a human can accomplish.
2. .... Well, look around... katana everywhere. So, yes.

Yes, but the higher form must be taken at Jounin.

blur - It's a genjutsu that makes it look like the user is being smeared across the opponents vision. If the user starts to run in a circle around the opponent they would see a giant streak on the user around them and possibly become dizzy.

house of flying daggers - Another genjutsu. The set up is that the clouds start to look like they are getting dark, then they go pitch black and if the sun is behind them, then it is pitch black. Then lightnign bolts start to rain down from the sky and the user throws kunai at the opponent every time a lightning bolt hits the ground.

Since Kayriel's time is precious, and therefore he didn't tell you what was wrong with this one, I'd like to take a crack at it for him, in an attempt to help you out.

1.) There are two main elements to this technique, the Lightning, and the Kunai Throwing. I'm assuming that the Lightning is the illusion. If you wanted the technique to be useful in battle, you would make the Lightening have Ninjutsu properties and not Genjutsu. If the Bolts are Molded Chakra, they can cause damage. Genjutsu relies on personal perception to have any effect, and you clearly stated the bolts would be hitting the ground. This would have two clear effects, one to make the jutsu look flashy, and secondly you may strike some fear into the opponent as bolts strike around him. Overall, a large waste of Chakra, that you could be using to actually hurt your opponent.

2.) The damage element of this Jutsu is the Kunai Throwing, which makes this technique primarily a Tachijutsu technique, not Genjutsu (even though it does have some flashy, if inefficiant, Genjutsu properties). As it stands, on your character sheet you're a Ninjutsu specialist, therefore as a Student you would not be quick enough, or accurate enough to hit the opponent every time your bolt hits the floor. That is pitting your weapon skills against your chakra-molding skills, and in the case of your character, the latter wins everytime at your current level. If you want to use techniques like this with your character, you should request a class change to Ninjutsu/Weapon Master - Kunai, that way you would be above average in both areas. Otherwise, you would have to wait awhile until you were more skilled.
