Nguyen Clan:
The Nguyen clan is Konoha's most powerful and mysterious clan. No one really knows how or where it originated. All anyone knows is that the clan's founder was Viet Nguyen: a jinchuuriki, sorcerer ninja, and hokage. The clan now resides in the northern half of Konoha. Further research has shown that the Hyuuga clan is just a branch of the Nguyen clan. The Nguyen clan's DNA and bloodline trait was somehow scrambled during the birth of the Hyuuga clan's leader and thats how the Hyuuga clan was formed.

Hyuuga: The Hyuuga clan used to be Konoha's most feared clan before the Uchiha was developed. The Hyuuga's byakugan, proved to be the most powerful kekei genkai during the battle with the other smaller clans. Their ability to see through objects has helped Konoha survive many battles.

Uchiha: The Uchiha, being developed from the Hyuuga clan, and having its own ability, made it incredible. The Uchiha has the Sharingan, one of the world's most feared kekei genkai. The sharingan not only allows the user to copy other's moves, but when fully developed, you can also create great genjutsu and even ninjutsu.

The Nguyen, Hyuuga, and Uchiha are not the only clans in Konoha. They are only the first and most powerful.
