After the tremors, with the events that changed the whole village, the training grounds had to be rebuilt. Yes, rebuilt, now it is a place properly created for training. Looking like an arena, the new training grounds have now been equiped with better training materials, more resistant training dummies and it even has bleachers around it now, since many people have decided to use this place to challenge others as a way to test who is stronger, shinobi and common villagers too. Even though the village is now within a mountain, it isn't that dark. This arena is one of the few places that the sunlight reaches directly through small holes created by the shinobi on the mountain. But even when the light doesn't reach here, the use of torches became a habit to light the village and solved that problem.

Kai did a pair of hand seals creating a clone infront of her as it stepped back a good distance. She put her hand together in a formation triangle as she stretched out her shadow catching her clones".[1/4] Now binding her clones movements to her own she did another set of hand seals as a claw shadow started to slowely kreep out like the monster under your bed![2/4] The shadow krept up the clones torso, up it's arm and started to keep going slowely as it reached it's neck.[3/4] She finally got the shadow around to grab the clone's neck taking quite a grip as it suddenly poofed away fromt he tight strangle hold.[4/4]

She created another clone that ran away a couple yards away as she did her seals and nodding to give the singal to the clone.[1/4] She was close to a shadow of a giant rocky as the clone started at a sprint towards her.[2/4] She stretched out her shadow to the rock's and caught it then when the clone got past a certain mark she stretched it out again past the clone and to it's shadow.[3/4] She then stuck her toung out and so did the clone then started to run past a tree as the clone slammed into it and poofed away.[4/4]

Ninpou: Kage Nui is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. To perform the technique Shikamaru will first form the needed handseal to extend his shadow. Shikamaru will then change the handseal to cause the shadow to emerge from the ground in
She then started ont he next justu, Shadow sewing.[1/4] She did the seals to lengthen her shadow at first.[2/4] She dipped her shadow as a narrow line into the ground for the next part.[3/4] The shadow popped out a few feet away[?] sticking out like a worm as it grabbed a low flying bird's shadow and drove it into a bush.[4/4]

Kai Nara|Nara Clan|Genin|Iwagakure! Name of Jutsu: Shadow Hands
Description: This jutsu allows you to take the control of the shadows casted off your arms, and use them as a second set of arms. Although the shadow arms can't create handsigns for jutsu, these arms can be used offensively/defensively as fists for fighting and blocking taijutsu's and objects thrown (like Shuriken and Kunai). The shadow arms last for only 3 posts so its kind of a last line of defence on a close range attack.
She nodded after reading the next justu. "Shadow hands!"[1/4] She did the seals for it as the shadpw under her arms moved while any of her other shadows didn't.[2/4] She let the arm shadow stretch out a bit and up as she created a clone with some hand seals that started to throw shuriken at her.[3/4] The arms reacted with her controlling them as they blocked off the shuriken. "Yippie!" She let the justu dispell.[4/4]

Kai Nara|Nara Clan|Genin|Iwagakure! Shadow Release - Shadow Blade (Kageton - Kage no Yaiba) - A skill where the user gathers their own shadow and creates a blade from it. This blade harnesses the ability to extend depending upon the shadow medium that is used and can make it difficult to deflect.

Second, she let it rise a bit.[1/4] She let it form into a type of blade still as a shadow, but strong to fight![2/4] Kai moved the shadow about like it was battling evil boogy men! Or the Tsuchikage's parents.[3/4] She let the blade swat the tree as she let it come back.[4/4]

Kai Nara|Nara Clan|Genin|Iwagakure! Shadow Release - Crescent Moon Blade (Kageton - Wangetsu Getsuei no Yaiba) - A skill where the user swings there hand and upon the ground create a crescent shaped shadow. This shadow after being imbued with chakra is sent flying towards the opponent. This fast flying blade is easily able to cut through trees. However, if a metal blade is used to try and block the technique it will be cut in two for two blades to cut the opponent.

She grinned at the next justu to learn.[1/4] She did the seals for shadow expansion as she suddenly swished her hand swiftly through the air to create this justu.[2/4] The shadow jumped up forming a cresent blade flying at a tree ready to cut it in half.[3/4] The cresent blade sliced through the tree as it fell to the ground in two slices, one being the stump still in the ground and the other the top cut off![4/4]

Kai Nara|Nara Clan|Genin|Iwagakure! Shadow Release - Extending Shadow Hands (Kageton - Hari Kage Te) - A skill where the user gathers their shadow chakra into their arms for a very simple purpose. With this jutsu they are able to extend their reach extensively for taijutsu attacks.

Kai Nara|Nara Clan|Genin|Iwagakure! Shadow Release - Shadow Pool (Kageton - Kage Gouben) - A skill where the user concentrates chakra into their shadow and redirects it to the front of their body. When the opponent rushes over and tries to step into the shadow they will fall into a strange pool and sink into the ground.

Kai Nara|Nara Clan|Chunnin|Iwagakure! Kai raced into the training grounds after the cat as they both zigzagged everywhere.[2/5] The cat jumped into a tall big tree as Kai stomped her foot. "Bad kitty! Down now!" The cat sticked it's toung at her as she started at a climb towards it.[3/5] The cat yawned and fell asleep on the highest branch as Kai slipped back down. "..."[4/5] She then remember the wall walking exercise... She focused the chakra to her feet and started to climb up on the other side of where the cat was and she slowely made her approach snatching the cat in her arms with a grin. She walked down and gave the cat to the lady who snuggled it like it was the only person who ever loved her in her life.
