She’s supposed to be 16, but uh… she didn’t come out that way, that’s her outfit anyway. >_o
The Shirt is white, except the two hearts on the side of her shirt that are red, sleeveless, high up on the neck and tight against her body, tucked into her skirt, almost like it’s a leotard.
Pink skirt and leggings that end above her knees.
White boots,
all three of the bows, one on the back of her skirt and the two small ones on her boots are pink.
And Pink arm bands, that go from below her elbow to a little bit past her wrist
Blond hair that curls in around her face and chin, bright blue eyes. She’s a very sweet, happy and innocent character, so if her expression could keep true to that.

DESCRIPTION:
Hair: Silky, shiny ash gray hair. Style Reference
The hair is parted at the far right and pulled over to one side, where it is left hanging long (covering her left eye) the hair on her right if cut short and purposely styled in a tasseled style.
a small braid hands in front of her right ear as well as a longer braid at the very back of her head (like a rat tail style, but thicker). (this braid does not to past her shoulder blades.)
I know most of that braid won't be seen, if at all.

Skin: Tan, like someone who's outside in the sun a lot.

Eyes: Mossy green eyes.
Black eyeliner around her eyes, as well as black eye shadow.
Her right eyebrow has a notch in it.
Slight stress lines under her eyes, like her references have.

Ears: small ring on her ear lobe, sturdy and sterling silver, with two more studs above it on the lobe (positioning of the last two only)

The hoops on the shoulders please replace with Pokeballs, three on each side.

Pants: (reference) The Sketch here is of the character I created thats the inspiration for Rayan, but this is the best reference to the straps on the pants I could find.
I hope it makes sense, but they're belts that hang down from her waist and hold a strap that wraps around her thigh.
