Hurt and Heal Crew
Want to compliment the crew on a job well done? Don't agree with something they've done? This is the place to voice your opinions. However this is a little more serious than the Characters H'n'H. IF a crew member hits zero they are demoted, this is where you get to have your say in who runs this place. The rules are basically the same as the other thread.
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID REASON FOR HURTING AND HEALING SOMEONE! AND KEEP IT WITHIN THE GUILD, THIS ISN'T THE PLACE FOR OUTSIDE EVENTS!
You are only allowed to award two points per 24 hours. You can award or penalize a crew member for a maximum of 1 point a day. You may still spend two points, as long as they aren't on the same person.
30 is max.
0 is game over.
No flaming, if you don't agree with someone don't say it in an abusive way. And this isn't your chance to take someone down because you don't like them.
If someone loses the game then they are demoted and a vote will begin for their replacement, they will also be put in the list of candidates. If a captain or vice captain loses, they are demoted to crew and then there will be a vote for their replacement, once again including them.
We're all about fairness here.
A game goes until someone is demoted, or we have a promotion.

+1 McClane: Outstanding job on the game system changes. It makes anxious to see what other changes will be made around it in the future. Good ideas and nice input on the changes happening around the guild too. Finally I got to give you a thumbs up for taking it on yourself to teach the new kids that join the Shimagakure.
+1 Sakuran H: You’re just impressive and wonderful all around. Any task that’s been given to you, you’ve done promptly with a great amount of efficiency. You’re also ready to take up a new task at the drop of a dime and start it immediately.
Both of you have made life much easier for my part in the guild and have made the reopening happen at a much faster pace. Considering the amount of crew, our daily lives and the amount we had done that’s a great accomplishment. I’m looking forward to whatever else we can do to make Shimagakure a better place.

+1 Katz: Where do I begin? Thank you for taking charge and being a true leader when it came to reviving the guild. You always made sure we stayed on task and have so many awesome idea's for the guild's story. I simply can't wait to see what kind of adventures the new rookies will eventually take on. Zu was an amazing leader of the old Shimagakure, but I think the best thing he's ever done with that power was hand it over to you when the time came for him to step down.
+1 Sakuran H: Having been in the guild for a long time, I knew that the old crew had been collapsing for a while. I figured that it would eventually fall to myself and Katz to bring it back to life. When he mentioned that you would be helping us out, I didn't know what to think, as I hadn't really known you all that well. However, now that I do, I know that we wouldn't have been able to do it without you. Thank you for always providing your opinion on topics and making sure that everything stayed fair for each and every member.
Let us celebrate this revival!

+1 Katz - As much as I miss having Zu around... You are the best choice for filling in his shoes. You hold the same heart and compassion he did, along with having a much more firm handle on things. You take others opinions and ideas into consideration and actually push to have EVERYONE speak their minds, which Zu didn't often enough do. You've kept everything under control what with the past few weeks of stress due to our cutbacks in numbers and I am glad to be apart of a crew that considers it's member's opinions as much as it considers it's crew opinions.
+1 McClane - I really never knew you even though we've both been in this guild together through all these years... Never knew just how *coughs* colorful *coughs* you really are wink Most of all, never knew how helpful, creative, cleaver, and most importantly thoughtful you are. Your contributions to the revamps of this guild have been some impressive ones in my opinons and even though we fight over Katz constantly, I can see great things coming from working together to keep things moving along smoothly.

+1 McClane: Taking care of the members and inspiring them ^_^. They've been taking a liking to Sukotto. I'm sure both you and them will show some great stuff with the upcoming mission.

With March at an end, we have McClane in the lead amongst our guild's loving guild.
With April just starting, we have McClane STILL in the lead but both Sakuran and Katz coming in a VERY close second!
Keep up the good work crew! And members, keep up the critisism! Without it, the crew cannot improve

+1 Maia Hart: You're already on the job before I could even get anything out! Also I find it interesting that you brought that up in the crew thread. It was one of the first things I wanted to create to make things easier. I can feel many good things shall happen with you around.
