Members of squad one can summon their zanpakuto into a physical form. Example: Kisara's zanpakuto is an ice dragon, she can summon the dragon into a physical form when not in battle.
drawback: They can't use their zanpakuto abilities and must rely on their zanpakuto to fight for them if they are in danger.

I dont usually do this but im bumping this. If the same system for approval that is being used in the captains hall is being used here then I need more approvals before I can let my squad know of the ability.
