It has appeared to me that some of the other crew members (Espada) don't really have a say in what goes on. I would like a Universal Hall where every crew member may cast a fair and equal vote. This would either imply the changing of the sub-forums name and deletion of the Espada's hall, or an entirely new forum where the Captains Hall will become something for shinigami only.

iCookehKaicho I approve. But isnt this what the espada hall is for, For there specific buisness The Captains Hall is for shinigami only matters but we use it as an all business relating to the guild. That means that the Espada have no vote in what we do to change the guild.
