The rules for here are very simple...
=Six Pokemon Maximum. If you need to get your Pokemon that is in the care of your professor, look through your storage, and just like in the game it is sent over.
=BE REALISTIC IN ATTACKS!
Meaning...be reasonable with your Pokemon. Fire are weakened by Water.
Water are (apparently) weakened by Grass types, and are for sure Electric types.
Grass types are also destroyed by fire.
Electric types (e.g. Pikachu) are destroyed by Rock type Pokemon.
Metal type also defeats Rock and Grass...Not sure about water...But anyways, you catch my drift with weaknesses and what not.
My main concern is levels.
Don't throw in Frustration for a lv. 5 Pokemon...THAT ONLY WORKS IN THE VIDEO GAMES WHEN YOU HAVE THE TIME TO BREED POKEMON AND HAVE THAT TM!!!
Now you officially catch my drift ^^
=Confused?
If you're confused on what attacks your Pokemon has, besides the resources of using actual claws of the Pokemon (yes, Pokemon have claws...well...some do), look it up. There's tons of resources on the internet. Or ask the Pokemon experts.
Solo, FlameFox and Bram are excellent gurus when it comes to Pokemon and their games. To my knowledge at least.
and the other two that Loki and Flame posted at the bottom.
