History: Note: - Sacinda Path and I wrote this history together since the boys' are twins. A few additions I have added to this writing for stuff that is just Helios' alone.

Helios and his twin were born to a mother who is a tailor and a father who is a dragon healer, who had met their mother through the man's sister, a blue dragon rider. Helios grew up hand in hand with his twin, Jetta. Both knew early on that they would follow in their father's footsteps and Helios looked forward to it. The twins for the most part jealously guarded each other from the affections of other people but with Dragons they were free to talk openly to and befriend without the risk of the green-eyed monster rearing its ugly head. He never knew if he'd ever be a dragon rider but being a dragon healer seemed just as good maybe even better and as long as Jetta was beside him that was all that mattered. Although his mother's craft had it's merits for all the holes he and Jetta wore into their clothes. Helios took to tailoring a bit easier than Jetta which helped when they'd needed to fix their clothes quick before Mom found out.

While some twins might have found ways to be 'different', he and Jetta enjoyed each other’s company more than most, preferring to play a good game of ‘mistaken identity' and blame the other twin when mischief arose. It was all in good fun to him, especially when their mother couldn't figure out which to discipline first. Usually that meant both were disciplined but that also meant to them that everything was equal. However, there were days that it didn't matter because they both conspired to be mischievous.

Their father had spanked him many times for the variety of mischievous pranks he and Jetta pulled and thought at times that maybe it would be better to separate the boys but that wouldn't happen in a society where you followed your father's craft. So the man grew grayer as the boys grew older but their father thrust many long hard lessons upon Helios and Jetta to occupy their wandering minds. So they learned much of the traditional learning in Ghenza and were even made to learn skills their mother knew as a tailor just to keep the two out of trouble until they both could settle in to become apprentices of their father's craft.

For the most part they have been luckily and come out of most of their exploits uninjured, the only exception to this unfortunately landing on the fall before their first hatching they had become of age. Jetta having the bright idea to build a raft to ride the rapids down the forest river, although both lacking the needed skill they were lucky to come off from the trip with nothing worse than Helios with a broken arm and Jetta a concussion, their punishment to miss the hatching. However, in the last turn as they have truly become more attuned to their craft and have convinced their father to allow them to watch from the edge of the sands to take notes as he examine the hatchlings after they impressed.

Overall, Helios has felt happy and loved even though there are hardships and much work to do. Opportunities are everywhere if one knows where to look. In some ways though, he wouldn't mind exploring the world further beyond Ghenza lands because like his brother, he is as curious as they come. However, most of the time, he has been content to stick with his brother and take life as it comes

Appearance: He is the spitting image of his brother with auburn curly hair and grey-blue eyes plus an adorable face. It will still be a few turns until he comes into his own on height but his body is athletically built but still a little wiry matching well to an energetic boy. There is no time for fat! It's definitely difficult to tell the twins apart physically as they make every attempt to look like the other - From clothes to hair they love to play the 'guess who I am' game.

Personality:When he wants to he can act a lot like his brother almost shockingly so, but Helios at times has a shorter fuse and can get a tad more jealous when his brother gets more attention than him, which will usually cause the boy to storm off if he doesn't feel equally involved. He doesn't sulk but he surely fumes and needs time to be alone long enough to stamp his feet a few times and curse. But usually it doesn't take him long to get over these things and soon he is smiling once more.

Helios usually is not one to sulk or brood but he's been known to imitate his brother's mood when trying to get his brother to laugh. When situations reverse and Helios gets all the attention from others, he tries to include his brother but sometimes this isn't possible to do and usually Helios knows what will come afterwards.

When with his brother, they work well as a team, when separate, he's takes a bit more time to think on things. It's not that he lacks confidence or intelligence but he's very used to his brother's input on matters. Helios has a creative streak but sometimes lacks the patience for follow through but overall he is very loving and warm hearted even when being mischievous.

However, his brother presence helps him focus on projects and that is when he excels because he doesn't want to be outdone! Even if he isn't always the one to blurt out the next idea first, he probably is the one that pours a heavily dose of creativity into those projects.

Helios is a friendly boy but overall he prefers his brother's companionship to other people but he does occasionally make a few friends when someone catches his eye. More so, he adores dragons and finds their company quite intriguing, exciting and comfortable. It is one place were jealousy for attention never sparks with his brother. And thus his mind can feel at ease so he tries to communicate more readily with them.

Helios is equally enthusiastic about life as his brother and can be a hard worker when he puts his mind to the task...more so when he is with Jetta or someone equally driven. Although in regards to the injured, he considers his work here very important and won't let himself do a sloppy job as he learns his career. Life is important and second best won't do. In these moments, a more serious side of Helios is seen along with empathetic intelligence that shines even without his brother's assistance. While he isn't perfect, but he tries his best to assist while he learns his future craft.

Other: Helios is a bit more naturally talented at basic tailoring skills than his brother is. Late at night, he usually is the one that will mend their pants or darn a sock much to his brother's chagrin. Although, Jetta will claim that he's done the job at times and Helios won't deny it.

Occasionally, Helios will get into a big argument with his brother over something they disagree on and will avoid Jetta for days. It sometimes takes them awhile to reconcile matters and during that time Helios tries to be the most independent like a determined brat as if he didn't need his brother. But overall, that mindset is hard for him to sustain because Helios loves his brother and couldn't imagine a life without him.
