He also wears bracers on his arms similarly decorated, maybe with a fang or two here and there, and bracers on his feet. Two short lengths of brightly colored cloth are wrapped around his tail. +He wears a couple lip rings and studs and eyebrow studs. He has a nosering and a couple hoop earrings. An earring with a fang on it hangs from his ear. The various hoops and rings are gold. +Around his wrists he wears a couple bracelets of brightly colored beads. +His collar is decorated with various feathers, beads, and a couple paua shells. Eye Color: Bright sky blue, glowing enough to faintly color his iris.
Fur Color: Pale-ish skin tone

Marking Description: very faint steel blue patches/ scales on his arms, the sides of his head, and all over his bottom half.
His back legs should have bony claws at the end and be slightly warped and reptilian. his front paws should have long black nails, (but not claws) His tail should be a long, scaly thin with an almost aquatic like flipper near the end with rainbow markings (see ref). He should also have lime green stripes on his shoulders, and purple ones up his neck and in the middle of his forehead (if not obscured by his hair) which glow with a bio-luminescent effect.
Wing Color: Custom wings >3< Vaguely like a beat up moth's. Shredded a bit, faintly translucent in some places. Small enough on his body so as not to mess up or obscure his design too much. The translucent areas (and maybe a few other places) should have a pastel rainbow effect to them.
Chopstick and Bead Colors: CC, but make the chopstick glow, please o wo

Additional Notes:He should have no ears at all, and while his pants are just a guide I'd like the color accents to be pink or some other bright color instead of red. You have total, complete artistic freedom on his clothes and accessories so long as it all follows his raver concept and looks freakin' awesome.
He should also have either a duck plushie, or small keychain like accessory somewhere on him o3o And lots of glowy and/or candy things <333

Marking Description:
- His suit is kind of beat-up, with the left shoulder seams showing the white shirt underneath. It's got the standard layout of a white shirt, crooked black bowtie, white vest, black jacket, and black slacks. His jacket has coattails, too. Also, there is a red flower of some sort on his left lapelle. Probably butchered that spelling. >w> But anyway, there is some blood staining his suit as well.
- His shoes are brown, with white tops. Whether you actually edit shoes or just re-color his paws is up to you. =3
- His black hair is pretty short, and the little curlies coming off of it are important to me. <3
- His front paws, though mostly the color of normal flesh, are marred by these red spots from him being a Houdini splicer. I'm not sure how else to put it. oAo But you can see it in the references, especially the first one.
- Okay. The face. I'd like his black moustache to be there; long, curved, but not curly, and the halves are not connected. He's painted weird, long, black eyelashes around his eyes. XD Also, I'd appreciate it if you could put a thin red line around his mouth, too. Because, erm, he uses lipstick. 8D; Yeah, he's gone a bit nuts...
- Could he possibly have his bunny mask sitting at his paws or something? I like his face, though, so he doesn't have to wear it. The mask is black with gold designs. Please see the references~
- Lastly, I was thinking tha his tail would look neat black with a white fade-y tip or something. XD; Just a thought.

Another ref of the eyes. I also want the pupils to be a bit smaller and to look like they do in the pictures. Fur Color: Skin color I would like if you could steal her skin color from the first Ref image below. Inner Ear Color: her hair color I guess? Marking Description: None just skin colored fur and some blood splatter if thats a marking? Chopstick and Bead Colors: The same blue as her belt the chopsticks would look cool if they had some light green streaks going through them though. Collar Color: Same as chopsticks Reference Images: Her hair color and skin color. This is the outfit I want on the noodle though. Better shot of her outfit Her beltAdditional Notes: Her kimono is long and goes to right around her ankles and is long enough to barely cover her wrists but I trust you to do what looks best so if you want it longer thats fine. Shes also not wearing any shoes or socks, just barefeet. Her ribbon in her hair is yellow and not as thick and big as the one around her waist This is a good referance of her bow and hair overall. Her hair is longer then this though. Her hair should be almost touching the ground but not. She also will be smirking, not a crazy looking laugh but well an obvious "I'm bat s**t crazy" kind of smile. Some blood splatter on the front of her sleeves and on her paws, Maybe a smear on her cheek to? And last I would like since it's her torture tool of choice some long nails by her paws that are covered in blood.
