I welcome you to Genesis Designs. This is my humble art shoppe in Vann Sky.
My area of work is broad yet limited...I specialize in photography of Vanguardian Citizens, sketch drawings, blacksmithing, and yes, real estate.
Photography is simple to understand, I'll simply take a picture of you to the best of my abilities or anyone you want to drag into my shop here.
((OOC: Meaning a 3D render of your VA Character or any other character you want)) Or if you're looking for a more Old-Age look, then I suggest a sketch.
As for blacksmithing, yes I am a creator of custom weapons for human, alien, and mechanoids alike. If you wish to send me a design for a custom weapon (I must suggest the melee weapons) you would like created for you yourself to carry around or for your Custom Mech Im sure I would be able to forge somthing for you.
As for the real estate part, well as you know I am new to this station and therefor do not have sufficient funds to start a major real estate system. While I'm on the topic I might as well go into Priceing...
As I am new to this system I still find it more worth while to recieve Gold as payment so, for this shop, 1 gold has the same value as 100 VA credits instead of the usual exchange rate for 1 gold for 10 credits. One thing I can assure you is that 75% of all gold recieved will go directly to the creation of a new Vanguardian Houseing Development with customizable rooms. This includes having the art you purchase from me hanging on your walls or sculptures and furniture I have fabricated. ((OOC: Please note that with this new system Every Apartment will have its own thread devoted just to that apartment. Gold Funds sent to the VA Apartments will go to the purchase of another guild devoted entirely to this system.))
As for the cost of each piece of work, it is entirely dependent on the subject at hand. As certain people require more effort gain the best photographic image of and some custom weapons are exceedingly complex, price will go up with difficulty. And just a word of advice, if you act nicely and intelligently, I'm usually willing to cut you a good deal.

As many of you may know, creating art for this station and others involves much time and effort. As to still maintain a somewhat normal life I have implimented a slot system. When all of the slots are full You'll just have to wait till I finish a piece and then a new slot will become avaliable.
