Our districts band directors had to have a meeting to choose the Official Band Textbook for a our District and they chose the Standard of Excellence book so yeah I heard of him. XP I honestly prefer the "Fussel Book" that we used to have.

Uh.... ok. But he came to visit our school and he is very energetic. I thought he was going to be this old boring guy but he wasn't. He was old, yes, but still very funny and full of life, you know? He would say, "Now when you crescendo you have to make sure that the sound doesn't change otherwise the rainbow mixed with the wrong colors." And he was very very funny. I liked him.
