Unfortunately many people in the Investigative Department don't go on the word of a psychic teen. She has been found, she made contact. Now she doesn't want to come home. Getting ridiculous.

Strangest thing is.
I know this man, he spoke on behalf of his vampire life style sect members in late 03.
