はじまり・にほんごはなす・ゼロかんじください。
If I wrote that right, it should say:
Beginning ・ speaking Japanese ・ zero kanji, please.
This is the beginners' section of the guild.
Please use hiragana and katakana at all times. Don't use kanji. If you can't read/write in kana, you better learn how to.
Learn hiragana here: http://japanese.about.com/library/blhira.htm
Learn katakana here: http://japanese.about.com/od/howtowritekatakana/How_to_Write_Katakana.htm
Try to speak on a fairly basic level. Just use basic particles like は、が、を、で、に、と、の and try to make your sentences and vocabulary pretty simple.
You may speak in English if you're correcting someone. Please don't use romaji. I might let it slide if you're in the middle of explaining something and you were too lazy to switch to Japanese text, but really, avoid romaji. There are many different ways to write romaji, and you should be practising reading the kana - romaji is just a huge setback.
Japanese conversation - beyond weeaboos ・ ダンノの日本語組
Practise your Japanese with other people who are learning. Weeaboos who just know "hai" and "kawaii" not welcome.
