So I was 199 back in December. I originally started trying to lose weight in November, when I was 194.
Since November, I've lost 13 inches over all.
I've lost 10 lbs since December.
Current: 189lbs
Goal Weight: 150lbs
According to calculations, I'm only supposed to be taking in 1315(that number seems so low) calories. I'm a light eater...so that is where I'm starting.
Measurements: Neck:14 Bicep:13 Forearm:10 Chest:43 Waist:34 Hips:45 Thigh:26 Calf:15

Thanks. I'm trying to decide if I want to go all out journal or not. I'm not very good at that, and am currently keeping up with 2 blogs (non-weightloss related).
