Okay, so the first sentence is highlighted just in case:

So I was born without like, a bellybutton, and all of my insides were on my outside, yeah? So then I had surgery and the doctor made me an actual bellybutton (of course putting my insides back in me). I was good for just a little while, but then I got stomach problems (I can't remember if this was before or after I had my appendix taken out. D: ) so they had to do surgery on my stomach, and that kinda ruined my belly button, so all I have now are a bunch of scars there.
