This is where all who apply for Lieutenant and Captain positions will be trained if the individual is lacking in some areas. For now the Head Captain will be in charge of this operation until more Captains are seated.

A flash appeared from nowhere as a average height slender bodied man stood in the dust. Now where is that kid at? Ryuta pondered as he rolled up the sleeves of his Captain's robe. The violet undertone reflected his status as Head Captain of the new Court Guard Squads. Walking around the premises Ryuta looked for any bugs central might have set up to keep an eye on the newly formed Soul Society. After confirming at least one bug Ryuta held his hand over it. "If you do not trust me than I have no choice but to hide myself from your view." Light radiated from Ryuta's palm as he muttered these words, "Bakudo 26, Curving Light." The flash of energy refracted all particles so that any person to enter the area was hidden from view.

A swirl of shadows appeared as a man carrying a scythe appeared. "Hmph looks for the captain after just experiencing his Bakudo 26 attack. "Oh ye Lord, mask of flesh and blood, all creations of the universe, fluttering of the wings, ye who bears the name of man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!" Hado 31: RED FLAME CANNON . Aims it directly at a pile of dust, dirt, and sand covering the whole area and unmasking the captains location.

As the smoke cleared the was no figure to be found, Hunter would then be looking around trying to locate where the head captain went. In an instant a hand gripped his shoulder, "Attacking the Head Captain off guard before training begins is a big no no," Ryuta rotated Hunter around to have his eyes meet the Captain's, "I am granting you the right to train for a Captain's seat, but a word of advice using kido on the Kido Corps Commander and Head Captain is going to be a big mistake. "Hado 4, White Lightning!" The small spark erupted and purposely grazed the skin of Hunter's face slightly burning it. "There is your penalization. Now seal your Zanpakuto and let's start things off properly." After his statement the Captain flashed away 20 yards back to gain some distance. "I will let you start."

I touch the side of my face where the captain has burned it. Smiles slightly as I take 3 steps forward at the captain contemplating my next move. Hey Captain Ryuta, do you know what i value most....an opponent who doesnt hold back even against the weakest person. Takes out my Zanpakuto and charges. Flash steps and tries to deliver a sweeping kick to knock you off balance.
((To be more clear I have two scythes my Bankai scythe is the all white one while my unreleased shikai is the scythe that has the ribbons on it {as shown on my profile}))

With a gentle twist of his wrist Ryuta grabbed the in coming leg, "That would be head captain Kyoya." An irritating tone rang through his voice as his spiritual pressure rained down. The immense amount flooded the area anyone under average Vice Captain level would surely drown in the power. A cold gaze of ice blue eyes penetrated Hunter's very soul causes an uneasiness to overcome his entire mind and body. "Hunter tell me what makes a shinigami powerful? Is it there soul, personality, or will power? Could one be born with it?" He proceeded to toss Hunter away from him. While the shinigami flew through the air Ryuta adjusted his zanpakuto due to it slacking in the back.

Does an aerial twist making myself land upright on the ground. Well Head Captain Kyoya to me a what makes a shinigami powerful is abilty to understand and react to ever situation also his shear ability to battle. Tries to walk forward but the captains spiritual pressure almost over comes him. Teleports about 20 feet in the air then fires a black cresent strike at the Head Captain missing on purpose. Then I turn around and fire another cresent strike at the captains left side knowing he would dodge it. Now Head Captain answer me this. What is the soul purpose of a shinigami? Is it to defend? Or maybe it could be to destroy. Falls out the sky about 3 feet away from the captain and pulls my arm back to throw 3 punches to his body and then jumps and does a 360 spin kick aimed directly at the right side of his jaw.

Watching all the events taking place Ryuta dodges the attacks, but is quickly assumed a situation in which he would be hit, "Bakudo 8, Repulse!" the kick would then connect with the orb of energy and push Hunter back away, "Trick question the very purpose of a shinigami is to keep order of life and death."

Looks wide eyed. Thats the same answer my father gave me when I asked him that question. Hits the ground hard and slides about 10 feet away from the Heap Captain. Stands up slowly and almost falls back down. Holds my wrist in my left hand Bakudo 4: Crawling rope. As the Captain becomes entangled I walk up to him and use Hado 1: thrust sending him flying about 5 feet back.

Before the thrust hit Ryuta he broke the rope and got out of the way. "If you are wanting to be captain of squad 2 you need to work on your speed. Flash stepping to Hunter Ryuta handed over four 200 pound weights. "Put one on each wrist and one on each ankle. Your speed will be compromised but you will need to train through it." After immediately steeping back Ryuta continued, " Lifting your arms and legs will take all of your strength. You will endure this! Once I believe you are fast enough we will do combat training." Removing the zanpakuto from Hunter's hands, Ryuta flushed it with his spiritual energy making it revert to it's sealed state. Thrusting the blade into the ground Ryuta raised his hands to it. "Thine bars of gold create the four planes of creation. Thou heart rise up to create a wall of fourth dimensions. Hold thy soul away and create your eight pillars." An encasement of gold energy bound around the zanpakuto creating an absolutely impenetrable barrier. "Eight Joined Twin Cliffs!" a pagoda like building constructed itself to secure set barrier. "Now you have no worries of your sword."

I drop to my knees. Damn these things are heavy. Stands back up and tires to lift my leg but it only raises about 3 inches from the ground. Ok I can do this, focuses all my spiritual energy into moving my body. throws punches and kicks at the air randomly. After about 4 attacks I tire myself out and hit the ground wheezing. This...is...going to be.....harder ...than...I..thought. Stands back up and looks to Captain Kyoya to guide him in how to manuver this kind of weight.

Glaring down Ryuta did not acknowledge Hunter's struggle, "Stand up now!" Yelling Ryuta began to grow increasingly annoyed, "If you can't manage these then you are not fit to be a shinigami!" Ryuta sat down in front of him, "Now you listen to me. Well over 400 years ago I was still a child physically and mentally. I was appointed as Lieutenant of squad 2, I went through this training and I had to endure and live everyday with my weights on." He began to roll up his sleeves and hakama pant sleeves revealing something surprising. "For more than 400 years I have worn these weights. If I removed these weights my speed would be God like. I was weaker than you and younger than you, so how could a small child overcome that?" Crouching inwards Ryuta whispered into Hunter's ear, "Perseverance." Jumping up Ryuta stared down at the shinigami wallowing on the ground. "I will make you move, if you fail you will die! Hado 90, Black Coffin!" If Hunter's will was high enough he would get up in time and run, however, if it was low he would either be fatally wounded or killed.
