[[AIM Log]]
Green A long while, a new dawn, and fresh starts. He was alone now. Rose had been gone some time since the last rainfall and he missed her dearly, but moved on quickly. His mind was a sturdy beam of nonsense that no one could get, but the builder of his nonsense. His family was the root of all problems, the reason he was alone this day and probably every other. He didn't blame them, that's' just what happened. He mourned the loss of his past life by seeing into the future, but the present kept interrupting him. He heard it again, another growl.. it was one of a famine that had started rapidly before he coudl stop it.
No food was around him to be easily caught and there was only way to go about this problem. It'd be to hunt a sickly animal and hope and pray he could get it down on his own. He sighed heaving angry words at the world with each heavy breath. He was caught between a rock and an open field in no time, lucky him there was a group of gazelles invading this territory he 'claimed' as his own. He hadn't seen anyone else on this turf and so steadily he took over it.
It was a long and annoying battle, but with some bruises and torn flesh he had his kill. It was small, and ill, but woudl do the trick until he had his full strength back to fight a bigger one. He began relaxing ow and started to tear into it's warm flesh.

Seaki A dark body slunk across the ground, quietly, like a shadow with no owner. The brike markings and the shock of fuchsia mane gave away the body easily, however, making the being easy to see.
Kabaa paused. blue eyes glancing around quickly, searching for any signs of prey that had been left by previous hunters. Eyes glanced to the sky quickly - no signs of buzzard. He gave a small frown and kept forward, nose wide with incoming scents.
Suddenly, a new scent caught his nose, a cheetah? But also that of blood. It made his stomach curl at the thought of food. The overly thin cheetah shuffled forward. Perhaps he could bargin or something? He frown, looking for the shape of a cheetah.

Green Kitisho was excited, food at last! His stomach turned with delight as he pulverized the body and enjoyed the meal he'd caught on his own and fair and square. He wasn't fully grown yet which made him that much more proud to have done it. He was pleasantly gnawing away at a freshly shown bone before a new scent interrupted his meal. He stopped, silence filling the negative space around him. He sat in an almost void. Who was there, had his Father chased him, his step-Mother gone made and came for him. Had his siblinsg gotten worried? He sighed softly.
"Who's there?" He asked, a growl inserted best he coudl for defense, just in case he needed to defend himself. He was new at this afterall.

Seaki Kabaa moved a little bit, hesitating with steps - perhaps this was a bad idea... He saw the cheetah, younger than he, but larger - Kabaa was small from years of malnourishment, and it continued, keeping him overly thin, though it was noticed very little due to the sleep black fur.
With a stuttered speech, he rattled off, "I'm sorry for intruding."

Green He stared the other one down, this was different, meeting another cheetah in the wild. He'd only met up with Rose every so often and that was about it. He hadn't seen any other creature.
The words were soft, weak, and almost needy. He glared to the ground and back to what he'd now decided would be his new hunting partner. "You. You need food." He took a step back from the kill he'd just made and nodded towards it. "Eat." He said. He didn't want a name, didn't want a reason to be closer, just needed help with survival.

Seaki Kabaa moved a bit closer - an order? Body shaking slightly, he gave the commanding cheetah a grateful look and tore meat off with weak jaws, but stronger tugs, pulling the meat and letting it slide down his throat without chewing mostly.
He tugged off two or three bites and paused in hesitation. Pulling hios head away, he probably couldn't handle more, stomach already feeling full from such small amounds. "Thank you," he said - the unspoken atitlement of Master was left unsaid, unknowing of how he would react.
After all, a slave's number one priority was to know his master's wishes.

Green Kitisho grumbled slightly, this animal was weaker then he had thought; noting the amount eaten by his new partner. "You cannot eat more?" He ignored the thanks all together and sat, head high and proud; taking a commanding poisition automatically. "You should at least try." He held his eyes open, but not in complete demand, welcoming an opposing argument from the cheetah before him. He didn't want the cheetah wasting any food he didn't need to waste with bringing it back up.
"Think you could hunt a bit, after a good lay down, that is?" Kitisho was courteous enough to ask first at least. So he figured.

Kabaa shifted slightly. Hunt? He knew this had to be some sort of exchange - but should he tell the younger Master? He shifted against the light weight that was his body, not filled with nutrients he needed to survive.
"Perhaps," he acquiesced, however. Perhaps he could just be a diversion. He didn't even know how to tear into a kill properly, let alone actually hunting.
But he had watched from the distance, taking small lessons from the more experienced and fleeing when they noticed.
"I'm sorry," he said in a breathy whisper, hoping he said no wrong. He hoped it hadn't spoken so late with his thoughts elsewhere. "I have eaten my fill. I never ate much in one sitting anyhow," he placated, though none was needed.
He hoped, also, to divert attentions from himself. He could already feel his stomach aching, and not from lack of food this time.

"Well lay, take a breather." Kitisho muttered, he had already begun to curl into a ball lightly, he was tired himself, having hunted, eaten and now dealing with a cheetah who just didn't seem to be all there, not shocked by the discovery Kitisho decided it was time to just relax.
"We'll hunt in a little." He said slowly, sleep over coming him quickly.
[After yor reply we can just zoom passed sleep mode lol]

Kabaa immediately sunk to the ground at the command. He gave a small frown, insides shuddering with the nerves. He couldn't hunt! What would he say? The truth, obviously, because lying was bad. Lying was punishable.
The black cheetah curled on his taut stomach. It aches and churned - body quickly absorbing the nutrients in the food, but that didn't make in any less painful. He could actually hear it, and he gave a sigh.
Dull slate eyes closed sadly, hoping his new master would not kill him for such an offence. It took a few struggling moments before Kabaa fell into a restless slumber filled with nightmares.
