I thought it was amazing, even though it goes away from the book.

xD I haven't seen it.
I see maybe one movie every two months or so. And this month was Valentine's Day.
It does look good though, but kinda cheesy.
Then again I never read the book.

I brought my little bro and his girlfriend on Vday morning before hanging with Sam.
It was alright. I thought the acting... was bad.... And some of the lines were CRAP. And I was SUPRISED it was PG. I would have totally had nightmares if I were a child!
But I liked the story. I've always been really intrested in Greek Mythology stuff! And I loved when they played Poker Face. It made me happy! blaugh
I wanna see Clash of the Titans!

i dont like how the movie was so different from the book, though i still enjoyed it.

i read the book and it's really good
i like book 3 "the titans curse" the most
i heard tht in the last book percy got married and his child specks for book 6

IT WAS SO AWESOME! the only insanely fake part in the special effects was when the minotaur attacked his mom though. it looked like she was cut and paste there. Her feet were flat so you could tell she was standing, and the squeezing, WOOOOOW! but besides that one scene I THOUGHT IT WAS AMAZING

I had never heard of the book until my brother told me he wanted to see the movie.. lol I took him last week and I thought it was okay. I've studied Greek mythology so it was interesting for me to watch. Although I kept mentally pointing out things that were factually wrong... whee
I think I was annoying my brother too because I kept telling him what the monsters were as soon they appeared and telling him random facts about things in the movie. Although he was asking me tons of questions after so maybe he wasn't too annoyed razz

They're coming out with a new series by Rick Riordan. It's called the Kane Chronicles. And the first book is The Red Pyramid. It's about Egyptian mythology. ;D Then he's gonna make more after.
