A conspicuosly clean four story building located on Shawondasee Road. The Mikantish Foundation is Delmor's finest hospital and offers up to date treatment on most things you could think to have checked on. Recently made famous for it's controversial Super human treatmen wing or the Super Wing as most people call it. Not known for very good food but then again what hospital is?

It had been a slow night for Jonathan Mikantish as he sat in his office going through papers and filing documents. The office was his fortress of solitude, he often joked to himself. The room was littered with various memorabilia that didn't adorn any shelf of his personal home nor anywhere else for that matter. This small sanctuary was where he liked to come when it was 3 in the morning and he couldn't sleep. The paper's on his desk were always well oragnized and neat and the computer sat dormant unless he booted it up to do some work. As he sat there on this night, Jonathan decided it was time to do some evening rounds. He liked visiting patients often stopping to talk and chat with them in what he hoped they found pleasant subjects. Grabbing his clipboard and a pen he exited the office and into his hallowed halls.

<< Previously Anthony awoke in a daze, He wanted more than anything to take the mask off and rub his eyes but knew the risk. He must be with Oual still, and from the looks of it they had reached the hospital. Wordlessly Anthony mustered the strength to get out of the car and walked towards the hospital. "Thanks for the ride," Anthony muttered. He seemed to be evening out a little, the pain in his shoulder was a dull throb and his various other aches and pains were almost unnoticeable. "Mikantish, Never thought I'd wind up here," He said to no one in particular.

As the car came to a stop, Sentinel waited for about five seconds before quickly opening the trunk and jumping out. Since his camouflage was still activated, anyone who might have seen him would have just seen the trunk open and close by itself. Luckily, it was night, so not a lot of people were moving through the parking lot. Keeping his cloak wrapped tightly around himself so no one could see him, he started to follow the one called Ghoul towards the hospital. He followed quite close actually, in case Ghoul passed out or needed help before he reached the doors of the medical facility.

Dr. Mikantish happened to glance out the window when he saw the squad car. His vision quickly drifted to the figure who seemed to be drunkenly ambling towards the door and was dressed in odd garb. Eyes wide with realization he quickly headed out of the room he had been attending and bolted to the service doors the led to the stairs. Skipping several stairs at a time the man moved with agility he hadn't seen or thought himself capable of in years. Busting through a side door he caught up with the figure. "Please let me help you, I'm Dr. Mikantish," He noticed the bullet wound and his adrenaline made the blood rush past his ears sound like a freight train. "Goodness, we need to get you inside and off your feet at once!" Draping one of the super heroes arms over his shoulder he helped him hobble to the door. Once inside they had the young hero on a gurney and shortly after that into a bed. They carefully removed the tunic and examined the wound. Jonathan Mikantish let out a huge sigh of horror as he realized: "The bullet's still inside him, Get him to O.R. now!"

Sentinel followed the doctor into the hospital, making sure to stay close to the wall and avoid detection by weaving through the other medical personnel. He was surprised at the agility of the older doctor; adrenaline even worked for the old, the young hero guessed. Dr. Mikantish seemed to be the doctor’s name. Sentinel had heard that name somewhere… he just couldn’t place it for the time being. Still, Sentinel was able to follow Ghoul until he was on a cot. But, of course, Dr. Mikantish had made his horrific discovery. Maybe it was a better idea to try and follow the shadow girl, Sentinel thought to himself as he heard that young Ghoul would soon be going to the operating room. Hopefully it wouldn’t be too long of an operation; Sentinel was getting tired of stalking and waiting. He needed to talk to someone.

Jonathan squinted and then smiled, "Detective Oual what a pleasure to see you all in one piece." He offered his hand, "We'll make sure this Mr.... Um Mr. Ghoul gets the best attention we can give him. Can you sign for him?" He said nodding to the check-in desk. "Afterwards I would love it if you could give me anymore information on how these injuries were sustained and any other information you could give me." Dr. Mikantish looked towards the operating room and ran a hand through his receding hair. This Ghoul character was going to need a blood transfusion and quite a bit of recuperation time but at least he had gotten here when he had.

Operation? Sentinel moaned in his thoughts. This was going to take much too long. He needed to be out on the streets, fighting crime, not stalking some other superhero in order to speak with him. Sighing softly, Sentinel began to walk out of the building and towards the parking lot. Still under his cloak, he activated his iPhone and tuned into the police radio. As he was stepping out of the building, nothing seemed to be happening. He started to take the long walk towards his motorcycle, which was around five blocks away now. Traversing in alleyways, Sentinel shut off the camouflage, since it needed to recharge after such an extensive use. Now the young hero wished he could fly or something. Maybe a jetpack or jetboots could be worth looking into, but not now. His motorcycle was enough for now. Still, he needed a homing device for the motorcycle. Finally reaching the bike and mounting it, an interesting report came over the police scanner. Something about a museum alarm going off, and people calling in saying that they heard gun shots from... what was the name? The Museum of Really Rather Recent Stuff. What an interesting name for a museum. Still, Sentinel revved up the engine and set off for the scene of the disturbance.

Several hours later Dr. Mikantish had wheeled Ghoul into a room and was taking his vitals down. The operation had been done smoothly and with great efficiency. The bullet had just barely a major artery which would have proved fatal and thus surgery had been a delicate issue but once the bullet was removed and all the tissue cut and mended for the cleanest scar Ghoul would be good to go. They had also put a splin on his arm and done a few other curtious things to make for a speedy recovery and now it was up to time and his own body to finish the job.
Stepping out into the hall momentarily he called for a nurse to bring Detective Oual to the room for him. Then he ducked back into the room. He stared at the man before him for quite some time. The mask was creepy and the twisted smile upon it disturbed him almost enough to take it off. But he left it, that was his policy, doctor patient confidentiality.

Jonathan smiled, "I understand Detective, you and I fight never ending battles." He chuckled to himself, "Your friend here will recover nicely but I think he should stay off his feet for a while. If you have time I was wondering if you could explain to me where you found him and what he had done to get into this condition, strictly for the records I assure you." He took his clip board and pencil and offered Oual a seat, "Afterwards I'll leave you with him once he wakes up."

Jotting down a few notes and nodding occasionally Mikantish labeled the top of the paper GHOUL and underlined it twice. "Thank you detective, this will be sufficient for my report," He rubbed his eyes and looked over to the masked hero, "Oh yes, he's welcome to stay as long as he'd like and leave whenever as well. It appears he is starting to stir now." Ghoul was moving and muttering to himself; Dr. Mikantish wrote this behavior down and then left, "He's all yours Detective."
