As you May not know already, in the original Perfect Dark(the good one), the German designers placed hidden cheese blocks in some of the levels.
here is where you can post the locations of the cheese triangles(if not already)

Operation 1, mission1.
Mission 1. upon entering the Datadyne facility, go down the catwalk and in the back of the room there is red ight and a console, right next to those there are some cilynders, shoot one with an explosive, (pheonix, superdragon, or rocket luancher) a piece of the wall will break allowing entrance to the "cheese room", its on a window panal, iether climb the ladder to get out or upon entering the room facing the chesse, turn left and shoot the wall there(with your explosive of choice), the wall will break down and you will be inside Casandra De Viruse's Office. Knock her out quickly and her assistant before the alarm raises. and there is your first breifing for operation "find the cheese".

Operation 2, mission 1
When you start go through with completling the first objective, photoing the radioactive isotope,(play on special or perfect agent) after that (you should be on special agent at least) go to the last lab and take out the guards, get the scientist to do your bidding and go into the doors behind him. in there is another scientist who is somewhat a risk taker, he will sound the alarm on purpose. in this room where you entered there is a window on the floor, look through to locate the second hidden cheese.

Operation 3, mission 3
its the same cheese trinagle but is somewhat harder to get to, in order to see it you cant take any damage up untill you get to the roof(or enter from the weak wall in cassandras office.. Get inside Cassandra's office for the grenade sitting on her desk to gain access to the cheese room.

Operartion 1, mission 2
After you have activated the wind generator, go down into the basement(the lower one) shoot the guard to your right then turn left through the doors leading into the wine cellar(dont get any ideas XD) mop through all guards then, in the second hallway(the narrow one) use your sniper rifle to zoom in on the cheese located on top of one of the wine shelves.

Operation 1, mission 3
Hiding behind the black limo on this level is a doorway leading to the punk pond bar, in there make some noise to get the guards attention on the other side of the door, once inside go left and into the bathroom where the cheese is hiding in a toilet.

Operation 2, mission 3
When you're in the room with all the laser switches, go in the door next to the alarm and head down to the damping field generator. You'll notice a grating on one of the walls that you can see through. Go to the far left of the grate and look in to the right, you should just be able to see the cheese sitting inside the grate.

Operation 1, mission 4
For all three Area 51 missions, the cheese is in the exact same place, but in Infiltration you'll need the FarSight to see it. Down in the large hangar where you climb across the beam to gain access to the showers, Use the Sniper Rifle or any other weapon with zooming capabilities and just before dropping down into the showers, zoom right in to the end of the duct. You should see the cheese lying right at the back of the duct.
(the following missions for area 51 have the same cheese in the same place)

Operation 1, mission 5
You'll need the Sniper Rifle to find this one. Go over to the area where the air shuttle carrying the stewardess was, stand in line with the long cable and zoom in down the cliff on the left. Right down in the corner of the cliff you should just be able to see the cheese.

Operation 2, mission 5
Down below in the cargo area of the ship, go to the room which has the escape pod in it. Just before the door leading to the small room with the pod, you should see a group of large pipe-like structures. Look down between them to see the cheese sitting just between them.

Operation 3, mission 5
Go to the downed Air Force One and take out the Sniper Rifle. While facing the cockpit, stand to the right of it and zoom in on the small section of the wrecked wing. On the far right of the wing the cheese is hidden well behind it, but after moving around slightly you should be able to eventually see it.

Operation 1, mission 6
Go up to the door leading into the room that has the primary power generator. Look down on the grate to the right of the door and you should see the cheese just below you.

Operation 2, mission 6
You'll need the Sniper Rifle to see this one. Just after leaving the large room at the start of the mission, look out through the large window on the left. Zoom in and you should see the cheese sitting out on the ocean floor.

Operation 1, mission 7
Same location as Carrington Institute, but the main door will be broken down, so you can walk out onto the balcony and use the Sniper Rifle to see it.

Operation 1, mission 8
Once you get access to the large hangar near the start of this mission, go up to the two large elevators at the rear of the room and while facing them, go into the room on the right. Look down through the small transparent section on the floor to see the cheese down below.

Operation 1, mission 9
After going across the ravine just before the area where you blow open the wall, go right to the area with a Skedar standing over a shield. Walk up to the wall with the large crack and stand on the right. Look down through the crack to see the cheese.

Bonus Missions.
all cheese blocks are in the same area in accordination to the level the mission is being played on.

Rare was really tricky with hiding the cheese through all the levels. But I managed to find all but two cheese triangles.

Oh, wow I've so got to play that mission again when i get home, lol.
