If you pretend it's a movie that's not based on a book, it's actually pretty good.

I thought it was decent. About 2.5/5. It didn't really follow the storyline..But if I hadn't read the books, I would have liked it more, I think.

Yeah, that's the impression I got. I haven't actually seen it, because our theatre is an hour and 45 minutes away, and that's if you're speeding, so..yeah. But, the girl I sit beside in art class saw it and I made her tell me all about it. Nothing like the books, but she didn't read them and was positively gushing.
So, it's just another Eragon, I guess. Sigh, for disappointment....

its good if you pretend that you never read the books, but its nothing, NOTHING like the book, but it followes the main story line so...

I liked it. Pretend it's not from the book, but I guess that's pretty hard to do. Some of my friends like it because they just like it, and also they think Logan Lerman is smokin' ...
