Amaranth wandered into the classroom, nibbling at a biscuit as she grabbed a scroll out of her bag to read while waiting for the new student. Amaranth was nervous, this would be her first time teaching alone. With a small shudder, the large genin brushed some of her red hair to the side of her face and glanced down at the scroll she was looking at. It was a small compilation of basic jutsu that she had grabbed it from the library a while back, though she had only started reading it recently. Some of the jutsu listed looked like they could be rather useful, and others just looked pointless. Who seriously needs a jutsu for painting flowers? With a small sigh at the stupidity of some people, Amaranth glanced up towards the door and wondered when the student would arrive.

Aisu walked lightly into the room. It was almost too much to handle, being here like this, it wouldn't be right to leave though, she'd feel too bad for whomever the teacher was. Aisu turned her gaze to a woman reading scrolls. "E-excuse me? Mam are you my teacher, my name is Aisu Yaiba, I'm here to become a genin? Is that okay with you? Am I qualified? I make excellent grades I hope everything is okay!" Aisu sighed and shut her mouth. Whenever she got nervous she tended to bombard her nearest neighbor with unnecessary questions. Aisu then sat at a seat closest to the sensei and crossed her hands and looked down to the table. She wasn't a very socially adapt person so she felt it would be best not to try on a conversation.

Amaranth glanced up from her scroll as someone spoke, her rep-purple eyes darting around the classroom until she spotted the student, sitting right in front of her. With a small exclamation of surprise, the large genin quickly rolled up the scroll and placed it in her bag before speaking to the student, "Oh, hello there... I'm Amaranth Orien, I'm going to be your instructor..." Pausing for a moment, a slight frown passed over Amaranth's face as she thought of what to see next, clearing after a moment as she continued speaking, "Umm... Well why don't you start by telling me a bit about yourself, your likes, dislikes, interests...?" With a slight smile, she gestured with with her right hand, indicating that the student should begin. It was only then that she noticed she was still holding a biscuit, which she slowly moved towards her mouth, finishing it off with one quick bite.

Aisu Fiddled her thumbs quite nervously and glanced back to the young woman who was asking her to tell her about herself. Her? Wanting to know about Aisu? Where should she begin? "My name's Aisu, as you already know... I'm really interested in the idea of chakra, which is why I'm wanting to become a ninja, though that's mainly my big interest, I'm not one to fight but if I must, I will. I need to defend the honor of a ninja right? Though, I don't mean to bore you with my motives. My interests include chakra, reading, studying, and mainly learning! It's amazing to find out something you didn't already know, wouldn't you agree? Oh! But my dislikes list is quite broad but I'll narrow it to the things that happen most often. I hate running, mainly because I'm a slow person in general, I also don't like confrontation because I'm not good handling pressure and I hate being out-witted, it makes me feel dumb." Aisu quickly grew quiet after that last one. Maybe that was enough information for that first question? Aisu didn't want to over-kill the first question.

Amaranth stared at Aisu for a moment, parts of the students personality seemed quite similar to her own. "Oh... You like reading? You might like to check out the library later on, it has quite a large selection of books and scrolls to read... though some of them are quite old and may need some updating..." After offering her suggestion, Amaranth stood up from her chair and walked over to the black board, grabbing a piece of chalk as she passed a bench. Pressing the chalk against the board, the short ninja paused for a moment and then began to write, explaining the next part of the lesson as she did so. "Umm... Well for this bit, all you need to do is write up a reply on how you would respond in such a situation, remembering your grammar and spelling." Quote: You are walking back towards the village from a small training session within the Ukude Forest and have just reached a small clearing near the river. As you step into the clearing you hear some noises from the bushes opposite the river and then a sudden crunching of wood as a large boar charges out towards you, breathing heavily with a katana buried deep in it's right side. Quickly glancing back in the direction of the village you can see the village walls through the trees, within running distance if you can escape the boar. One she finished writing, Amaranth walked towards Aisu and held out the chalk, "Just write the response and then give me a copy of your profile to review and we'll be about halfway through the lesson."

Aisu smiled as the sensei handed the chalk to her. It was finally time to show her what she could do when put in a situation like that. "Thank you, I hope this is most pleasing." Aisu grabbed the chalk and stood up, then walked to the board. After pondering for a moment what she would do, she simply decided to just go with what she knew. After all, how hard could it be?Quote: Aisu sighed as she stood be the river edge, though her relief would soon be ended by what was to come next. As the bushes rumbled from her side, Aisu quickly used her jutsu Mousetsu. That way if it was an enemy or something she could avoid confrontation. "W-Who's there?!" The boar with the katana in it's side jumped from the bushes almost giving Aisu a minor heart attack! Rather than staying there to fight though, Aisu felt it would be un-honorable to attack the boar due to the weapon in it. "S-Sorry but I need to go?" Aisu sighed for her failed attempt to talk to an animal, instead she took off back to the village, still using the jutsu Mousetsu. It's a good thing to, that boar must've killed somebody in order for it to get a katana in it! Either way, Aisu was uninterested in finding out how that happened. Aisu sighed after giving the reply. She felt maybe it wasn't her best work but either way she still felt confident. She then walked back to her desk and rummaged through her messenger bag for a moment before pulling out a portfolio with her profile in it. "This will tell you everything about me. It does have all the jutsus I know as well so I hope that helps. Well, here you go!" Aisu handed the portfolio to the lady before sitting back down and waiting for her to read it.

Amaranth brushed some hair out of her eyes and then looked up at the board, quickly reading through Aisu's response once the student had finished writing. Nodding occasionally as she read through it, the large genin looked over to Aisu and asked, "Have you had a chance to explore the village at all yet? Once we've finished up here you should head over to the housing district if you haven't all ready. Most people grab a room before going anywhere else."
((Okay next part, respond to this out of character (Within brackets). Explain what godmodding and metagaming are and give examples.))

(Okay, you said reply within brackets so I hope I'm doing this right. First up is godmodding. Okay, godmodding is when you do stuff that wouldn't normally be possible, such as controlling the other person's character or making your attacks hit and avoiding every attack that comes your way. Second if metagaming which is when your characters knows something that they wouldn't normally know about their opponent such as jutsus they have or their weakness. So yeah, I guess I could try and example this.
Aisu jumped from the way of the heat-seeking missiles and launched an array of daggers that pierced her opponent's heart leaving him dead on the floor without the chance to defend himself do to the speed of the daggers. She simply snickered at his defeat and walked away, but not before casting an unbreakable spell on him which would never allow for him to be resurrected.
Ha-Ha, sorry I don't know if that could be entirely accurate, another example, for meatgaming could be this...
Knowing her opponent's weakness, Aisu had brought a teddy bear in her bag, for she knew her opponent had a phobia for 'pink stuffed teddy-bears'. She then hurtled it at her opponent causing him to collapse in fear of the wretched thing. Aisu then pulled out an empty aluminum can and tossed it at him as well for she knew he was afraid of them. Though his phobias were quite odd, Aisu knew that they would put her at the advantage.
Okay, um, yeah! I hope that's a pretty decent example...? Sorry I couldn't think on the spot like that.)

((Correct! Good example too. So all you need to do is avoid godmodding, metagaming and meatgaming xD Typo in there.
Now have your character reply and we can move onto the next stage, if you haven't already just look around all the subforums and get a general idea of what occurs in them, with the exception of the ANBU headquarters.))

Aisu sighed in relief and then grabbed the chalk again. She had planned to right out the jobs of every sub-forum. "A bit lengthy but nothing too serious I suppose. Well here I go."Quote: Main Office - This is where the crew and captain make updates and announcements. It also serves as an FaQ for people to ask question as well. Center of Town - A place to RP in a town scenario without fighting. You can also pick up some things at a store. Shinobi Records - This is where everyone's profiles are. Wilderness - Another place to role-play, though fighting is allowed here. Village Academy - Well, that's where I am right now. It's to become higher ranking as in student to genin and also allows chunin to become teachers. Training Grounds - A place to train, much like the wilderness except it's safer. Housing District - A place where people can sleep and do much else such as play video games in the lobby. Command Center - This is where you can pick up a mission to take, certain floors only allow certain ranks. Village Archives - Dead threads come there. You can't post there but you're allowed to read them. Cells HQ - A place to form small groups that can host missions and things of the sort. Miscellaneous Missions - A place where you can create your mission and organize it. Random people aren't allowed to post in your thread either. Insanity Tavern - It's an Out Of Character place where you can talk about anything. Fate's Casino - A place to play/create in the casinos. It's also a place to RP and any age is allowed. Aisu sighed in relief after finishing that long thing. It wasn't her idea of an exciting time but at least she had gotten it out of the way. She then walked back to her seat and sat patiently waiting for anything further she may have to do.

Amaranth nodded once the summary was written on the board, "Yep, that seems like a pretty good summary of the village. And now we move onto the final stages... a short sparring match between the teacher and student." Adjusting her bag slightly, closing it to prevent anything from falling out, Amaranth looked over at Aisu and stated, "Though as student you get to chose where the match will take place, once you have decided we can go."((Check the list here for a summary of the available areas, once you have chosen I'll post there to let the others know.))

Thinking long and hard for a moment, she knew that most of the training grounds was occupied, well, except for a couple places here and there. I guess she would just have to settle for the Field Settings. "Um, how about we go to the training grounds. F-For the field settings? I don't really fight well. Just as a warning! I'm more of a thinker and passivised. So yeah. But don't get me wrong! I'll fight... But don't expect me to swing any fatal blows your way." Aisu sighed and bowed down to embarrassed to say anything else. A ninja whom didn't want to fight in her eyes, wasn't really her stereotypical ninja. "S-So? I'll go ahead there and wait for you? I hope that's okay with you." Aisu closed her messenger bag and strapped it back on her shoulder and walked out the door after giving a formal bow to her sensei.

Amaranth nodded, the filed setting would be a good choice, with no direct advantage to either side it would be a relatively fair battle. Slinging her bag over her shoulder, the large genin wandered out of the room and towards the training grounds.
