 After enduring a long night of rain, Zareen was out enjoying the warmth of the sunlight in the plains. Some of the ground was still a bit wet since it had been a heavy rain, but the young unicorn didn't care. The sun felt too good on her green and blue shiny fur. There was a nice lake nearby that Zareen was slowly heading towards to get a drink of water. She was taking her time however, feeling very relaxed.

 The blue speckled female walked slowly in the open plains with her cream coloring blending very nicely in with the surrounding grasses. Though her vibrant blue hair stood out as it blew in many directions from the warm breeze. She was ready to take the stroll in the open plains for the first time since she was there. She didn’t like the open plains very much at all mainly because she was wary of the predators that stalked around. “Hmmm such a nice day.” She said lightly as she stepped through the grass slowly looking up at the sun that was beating down on her. It was something she wasn’t use to at all. Warmth to her was like a slow death, but in the end it was better for her to try new things.
Flicking her tail, she waited patiently for a soft breeze to pass by that might bring to her nostrils something she could eat. She was after fruit of some kind and she hadn’t had any since she began living in the mountains. The cave Amane let her stay in was great, but she needed to venture around to find some kind of food nearby. This was just in case a big storm hit and she had to stay inside or could only venture out nearby.
Taking in the colors of a little dot in the distance, she began to notice it was actually a female uni. The dot began to form into a very pretty green and white mixed beauty. She was happy now. Meeting someone that was of her kind was a great thing. She wanted this for a very long time. “Hello.” She called out to the fellow female as she picked up her pace towards her. Even though she herself was a mix, she felt more comfortable around uni’s.

Zareen lifted her head from the water after hearing anothers voice call to her. She turned to face whoever it was that was coming towards her and was delightfully surpised to see a mare that was much like herself. It had been a little while since the last time she had talked to another unicorn. Even if this was was not a full bred unicorn it was still a very plesant surprise to see another who had a horn on their forehead. It reminded her family she had grown up in.
"Hello," She answered back to the other with a smile. "I wasn't expecting to have any company. What a nice surprise this is..."
