Night

So peaceful
Everyone asleep
Fresh air
Stars in the sky
The moonlight in my hair
So quiet
Dark and cool
I connect with the stars
The moon
The eternal darkness
But I fear I cannot be near them for very long
The sun comes up
Destroying my sky
My moon
My quiet dark abyss
I am left to suffer another day
Alone
Without my night
Without my stars
Without my moon
And without my heart
