Plot:

The humans have started to tear down the forests to create their ugly cities. They fight with thunder weapons that shoot metal stones that pierce skin. The humans have been exploring our land and chasing out of prey. I think it is time for them to become prey.

Profiles:

Name: Aakosir
Race: Lycanthrope
Age: 38
Bio/History: Aakosir grew up in a small town far away from the large cities. She would run and play with the animals and other children. She would never wear shoes, even though her mother tried so hard. Her mother thought she was more animal than human. One day when Aakosir was in the deepest part of the forest she found a strange beast. It was a huge black wolf with blue eyes. Aakosir crept closer to the wolf. He lifted his head and watched with a strange intellegence in his eyes. As she crept closer still the wolf pulled back his lips and growled, but soon ceased. Aakosir held out her hand for the wolf to smell. He sniffed and licked a fresh cut. The saliva burned. Aakosir fell back gripping her hand as her body began to burn. She looked at the grinning wolf. Her body felt like it was being torn apart, piece by piece. Her skin was itchy and hot. She laid on the ground, writhing in pain. She screamed, but no one would hear her, as deep into the forest as she was. The moon rose, but the pain did not stop. Aakosir woke the next morning feeling achey, like she had run a whole continent with out rest. She stretched and froze. Two silver wolf legs stretched infront of her. She realized she was on four paws, not two human feet. She spun in circles looking at silver fur with pink tips. She ran to the river that she could now smell. The trees were crisp clear and the sounds where almost deafening. When she saw her reflection she stared into the violet eyes of a silver wolf. Her left ear was pink and the tip of her tail was too. She was no longer a human of thirteen, she was a newly born lycanthrope. And she knew it. The elders would tell stories about the strange beasts. They were said to lurk in the deepest parts of forests. She had found that to be true, alright. She looked around, suddenly not human at all, but she had a consciounce. She knew everything that she did as a human and more. She knew smells and how to hunt. She knew the night and it's creatures even better than before. She looked to the smoke rising above the trees, the town. She could never go back. She turned, with a solemn heart and walked deeper into the forest.
Personality- She is loyal to her friends and very active. She likes to be with others, but likes her alone time too. If she needs to side, she will, with no hesitation. She seems wild, but once she gets to know someone she might become attatched.

Aakosir wandered through her forest. She was now a lot older and stronger than she had been years ago on that night she was infected. She walked through a pool of light in her human form. Her wild red hair hung to her shoulders in soft waves, her pale skin was covered with a loin cloth. She looked around her forest smiling. She knew that this all would change someday, but for now she was happy.

as Aakosir was walking, Iofiel, hiding behind a bush, thrust herself outward, directly in front of her, screeching, "Aakosir!" She was dressed in her usual komono, with her hair braided in two ear-like forms over her head, smiling a wide grin. "What's up?" and continued to smile until Aakosir answered:

Aakosir looked over at the wide eyed child. She was still young for a lycan. "Nothing much, just making sure nothing else gets messed up in my forest." She sighed. "The humans have been here again. I know they are trying to destroy our home."

Iofiel's little ear-like braids moved, as if her wolf form were taking over, perking up.
"humans?" she asked, and her tail formed outward, wagging. "I've never encountered humans... I don't think. should we sniff them out, or keep walking on these clumsy feet rather than paws? She winked, and then began to tremble, her entire body shaking.

Personality: I am outgoing and enjoy doing anything to make anything happy, which could ever qualify me as an alpha or beta wolf. I am Excited to join anyone on any mission whatsoever.
Bio: As a young girl, Iofiel used to be extremely naïve. She lived with normal parents, with what she thought was a normal brother, until the one night when he decided to take her on a quick trip.
Following him, Iofiel wandered into the forest, looking around, jumping at all the strange noises. "Oh, please," her brother said, "I've had worse." just as they reached a stream, her brother turned to her. "Iofiel, tonight is a night of redemption." he said, and his body began to shift. In a blink of an eye, Iofiel did not see her brother. She saw a large, tan wolf in place of him, with blue eyes and a tongue that lolled in a large smile. Then he nodded.
A burning sensation that felt like being in a human furnace took over Iofiel, her body feeling almost as though it were ripping apart. She collapsed, and blacked out.
As she woke, she glanced around, yawning, smiling, and smelling. But she paused: everything was so much more defined and clear, the sun glinted like crystals. Her smell, she could smell the river, though it was no longer in sight, and she could smell a herd of deer not too far away. As she stood up, she let her head droop, and then jumped. No longer were her hands hands, but chocolate-colored paws with tips of white. As she spun around, her new tail was the same as her paw, with white at the end. Iofiel was no longer herself, but a wolf, a new body and in a new, powerful, playful spirit.

Aakosir frowned. "If I show you where they are will you promise to not go there?" She looked over at the young Iofiel, who was practically bursting with excitement. She doubted she would listen, but she could at least teach her a few things to protect her from future encounters.

Iofiel calmed herself, turning her small ear braids forward again, showing her understanding. "It depends on where it is... what if it's somewhere we normally go almost daily? I will never be able to avoid them that way..." she faded off, thinking. "Or... perhaps we could harness our transformations? I mean, I have these," she pointed to her braids, "and they move like my wolf ears, and this," she pointed to her tail, "which is what I can present at my own will. Why not this?" and Iofiel created a paw, out of her hands. "Oh, wait." she laughed, and the fur disappeared, and only the long claws remained. "We have a weapon."

"Yes, we do have weapons, but they have things that they fire from far away. A metal stone could hit you and kill you. I do not trust them." Aakosir started to lecture. "They have not come too close to our daily territory, but I fear they soon will. They are greedy creatures." She looked to the east, where their largest camp was set up. It had huge buildings and animals. "I will show you, but we must be quiet and careful. We may be able to change certain parts of our bodies, but they have distance on their side." She started to walk towards the camp.

now a little bit more unsure than she had been, Iofiel followed with cautious feet, treading lightly behind Aakosir. As they crept closer, Iofiel sniffed in, and cringed, her braided ears flattening against her skull. "Ugh! What's that God-awful smell? It smells like week-old kill!" and again, she began to tremble. "I want to kill them... I want to kill them..." she continued to repeat, but heard something click as she stood in view of the human village almost 100 meters away from them. Frozen like a deer in headlights, Iofiel sensed the metal rock Aakosir had mentioned was getting ready to be thrown.

Aakosir heard the click, knowing it as the first warning. The thunder would be next. She threw herself againt Iofiel knocking her out of the way as she heard the thunder. The stone grazed her belly, but it stung like hell. "Run!" She screamed and started to scramble up the hill. They had to get away before more humans came and heard them.

Iofiel did as she was told, and while she was running, she tried something almost no lycan had ever risked: transforming in daylight. She filled her braids with muscle and fur, reproduced her tail, her muzzle, and her paws. Filled her body out with fur, changing every bone in her body while she was running. Finally, as a wolf, Iofiel found a low spot in the ground and hid there, seeing Aakosir, human, coming up from where they were. Thankfully, she was not limping, but when she saw Iofiel, she gasped.

Seeing Iofiel in wolf form during the day was odd, but she ignored that and yelled, "I thought I told you to run!" She glanced behind her and saw that the human had fallen behind. She slowed and looked at her wound, which was almost healed. Sighing, she kept running, taking the long and difficult way back to her cave.
PostPosted: Wed Feb 24, 2010 4:49 pm

Getting up, Iofiel began barking at her, saying, "I know! but I thought if I found ground low enough we could just hide! finally, they reached Aakosir's cave, and Iofiel transformed back into her human form.
"Man, what a rush!" she exclaimed as she kept her tail and braided ears, slipping her kimono on and grabbing her wood flute. She began to play, she paused. "You know. I think both you and I could always go look around the human camp... we have hearing enough to know when they're loading their metal rock-thrower, why don't we just go in wolf form?" and she continued playing.

Aakosir closed her eyes and listened to the flute. It's tone was perfect. She snapped herself out of her daze and looked over. "No. If anything we would go in human form. "They only knew I was lycn because of the way I moved." She checked her belly again and saw that the wound was gone, completely healed. "We can go tomorrow. We will enter from the other side, away from the forest. But I need rest now." She walked over to her bed and laid down. She closed her eyes to the sound of the flute and quickly drifted to sleep.
