For my drama school audition, I need to have some modern speeches to perform, however I can't find any I like.
I have all my Shakespeare and Classical speeches chosen, but not modern.
I'm not a fan of Mark Ravenhill at all, he makes me want to slash my wrists!
If you could suggest me any female, preferably young monologues I'd really appreciate it.

Um... Well, about four or five years ago I did a scene from a play called 'Night Mother. I don't remember who it was by or if it had any monologues in it though. It was a while ago. XD I wonder if google would have the answer. I'll check.
