Here the traders live, catacombs of apartments link to the main selling area. This is where people buy the darker and rarer items that cant be found elsewhere.. spell ingrediants, ancient weapons, Historic books, and off the record technological devices.. they really do have it all, and for a reasonable price too. Their policy is simple.. pay the money, and its yours no questions asked.
Buyers are only allowed in the shop area.. the traders quarters are strictly forbidden, and the occupents have full right to punish offenders wondering their halls. This place is home to the colder of the Idolians.. to better insure no problums occur.

Once again in his Jackal form Relic stood at the small counter, watching in silent warning as the group talked the deal over. the counter itself was his idea, a joke on Quin for refering to this place as 'the shop'. Ears pinned back he flicked his tail, slaping his clawed hand on the counters surface hard to silence them. " Do you wish to purchase the Molia Venom Blades or no? These are the few remaining from the Theriacian kingdom, promised to drop your enemies flat only moments after being scratched."
Intimidated the group of humans pulled back, the leader walking forward with a false air of bordom. Relic wasnt fooled, the stench of fear just irritated him more. the man nodded and droped the money agreed on, takeing the packaged knives and fleeing with his group through the exit tunnel. the moment they were gone he chuckled, tossing the purse and catching it in pure amusment. They were Venom blades.. just his personal creations. the venom would only effect humans, and he was sure the group would be irritated when they found they had been duped. He was good at his job..

Aeryn continued to follow Relic's smell, leading her to the doors of the lower levels. It took a lot of convincing to get past the people who were watching the door and when she got past them she got frantic in finding him. She sighed when she found him and at this point didn't care much why he was down here. She walked up to him slowly. "Relic, can we talk? I can even wait until you are done with your work. I just want to talk to you." She smiled slightly up at him.

Blinking he looked down at Aeryn, nodding slowly and lifting a hand to halt Dex. the guard studied them for a moment, the returned to the entrance. " alright.. shoot."

She suddenly remembered her dream and cringed. "Is it normal to have bad dreams after the change? I just had a dream of causing pain, carnage, and chaos. I hurt everyone important to me and it scared me." She rubbed her arm out of a nervous habit and looked to the side. "I haven't had a bad dream in years, so that is why I ask." And the fact that you wanted to see him again. Aeryn shook her head at the new voice in her head and sighed.

Instently he noded again, placeing a soothing ( if clawed ) hand on her shoulder. " Yes, its normal. your a preditor, these are normal for us.. but with time you will learn to control or block these dreams." he studied her, then gestured to the seat behind the counter. " have a seat.. i am sure i can convince Dex to bring us some food if your hungry."

She sat down and shook her head again. "I think I'm alright with the food thing for now." Tell him, tell him you just wanted to see him. Aeryn growled and then covered her mouth. "Sorry. Are voices normal too? Or is that something I should get checked out?" I'm not normal babe, but don't have an evil purpose here. She rubbed her temples, trying not to growl again.

" It is your jackal. all shifters have a animal side, and a human side of themselves.. your jackal half and you human half will meld as you learn to embrace that side of you." because she was human first, that side was larger right now.. where as he had to adapt to his forming human half growing up. lifting a crate he set it behind her, stacking sorted items absently. " It gets easier with time.." Though she wouldnt remember, her first night in this place had been spent just down the hall in his apartment.. half dead from blood loss and starvation. how many weeks had it taken to just help her wake up..? the memory made him wince, and he distracted himself by tapeing a box closed. no one but Ilasis and Asa knew who had brought her here, they all assumed that Ilasis had. " And you will have the rest of us here to help you adjust."

Aeryn started to play with the tips of her hair. Go on, ask what you want to ask. She sighed and looked up at him. "When do you get off?" She was probably going to regret this and couldn't really understand why she was.

He paused, looking at her for a moment before agreeing. " i can teach you hand to hand, Aeryn. but for weapons i would ask Ilasis or her brother Si'ek." was that her real question..? he mentaly chuckled, allowing it to slide.

"Great. I guess I'll see you in an hour." She smiled, turn, and left. She ducked and dogged around people and was shocked she could do it, but just kept on going. Wear something nice, maybe something tight. "Nope, something loose for this. I'm going to learn. Deal with it." She chuckled and climbed the stairs to her room.

Feeling better now that he had something to look forward to, He picked up his ear link and checked up on Quin. after a brief 'ok ok stats' talk he turned it off, tail flicking as he finished stacking the boxs.

About an hour later Aeryn came down the stairs in her semi baggy clothes and her hair done up in a braid. "Hello again Relic." She walked up and sat behind the table again, smiling.
