I know this isn't really something to do with Monster Hunter Freedom but I was thinking of a very interesting game about Monster Hunter.
What if they made a game where you played as the monster instead of the hunter? Like I thought it would be a game like this: You start out playing as one of the Drome's and play through their life and then unlock other monster's like Rathalos and it would give an insight on how the monster's really behave and such. And how they really think. What if there was a game like that? Would you play it?

Right? : D I forgot what made me think of it before but I liked the idea. I would love to play as a Rathalos and eat other monster's(or hunter's). lol

If the player had a choice which dragon to choose I bet aloooooot of people would take Khezu.
Just cause it looks like a p***s.

 I think it is a solid idea. Each monster would have different "campaigns" kind of or storylines. You know to unlock the Rathalos campaign you have to beat the YKK campaign which is unlocked by beating a drome campaign. It would kind of be like the process of unlock fighters in a fighting game correct?

Sounds like a certain jurrasic park game I once played. There was actual blood and gore, it was a sidescroller, and it was the best jp game I've ever played. Also it was based off the lost world, so people and dinosaurs getting eatin or having their guts swallowed for health, points, and rage.
Anyone heard of that one...
I still like the idea. No criticism.

i think i would be interesting in the dromes maybe start as a prey and work up the chain to the top to become a drome....

Exactly what you said except give them voices and personality's to make the player's understand life from the eye's of the monster. smile

my luck makes me think some hunter with full white fatalis g-rank armour and the eternal annihilator would hunt my kut-ku a** down and make me extinct in two hits, if i was lucky to survive one sweatdrop and you know i'd be limping away, and he'd hit the taunt command, and then run over to my rest area and smack me around in my sleep. then he'd tell his lower-rank friends to come in just so i get carved 12 times. but aside from that, i think it'd be ok. burning_eyes

lol Well thing's would be taken into account so that you could win(but not be easy). xD I was thinking that most of the time you would be fighting other monster's for territory and then work your way up to fighting a random Hunter with some same rank armor. wink
