I'm making chocolates for my boyfriend this Valentines Day. Anyone else making chocolates for lovers, friends, or family?

I've made some chocolates for my boyfriend and family. 3nodding I got a new type of chocolate that I wanted to try. It turned out to be a bit too thick, but I'll be getting some cocoa butter some time soon, so I don't need to worry about buying a different kind (I bought a 10 pound block of it). For my boyfriend, I made some orange flavored ganache, then filled some chocolate hearts with it. heart For my family, I made some chocolate stars filled with a dark caramel. The bitterness really goes great with the sweetness of the chocolate, and I just wish that I added more salt to it. Oh well. I'll add a note on my recipe for the caramel later. It was actually super fast and super easy to make. 3nodding
