I did it a few years ago, it was alright. The idea behind it is to have everything unequipped, wigs do count as an item, for a week. I do like the idea of keeping everything equal, it's nice every once in awhile to remember that.

On the first page of the thread the girl in charge said you can use other items, as long as you're not wearing clothes. Wigs, contacts, store-bought underwear, etc. are all acceptable.
