-you know how when people judge harshly. Like someone’s skin may be dark and lovely like mine. But people think that person is a criminal. Or they see a middle eastern person and think everyone is a terrorist or every Mexican or Spanish person is an illegal immigrant. They make these excuses for their ignorance and this here is to destroy those excuses they make. You can add your own excuse destroyers to lame excuses of Ignorance as well.
Excuse - It’s the Tv I watch. The media portrays these things.
Destroying the excuse - I’m positive the Tv isn’t your only source of information. you can read a book go on the computer to see the real information. I don’t watch Tv and think only white people are vampires or the devil. So why would you blame the media for something like that.
Excuse - It’s the way I was raised.
Destroying the excuse -I’m positive you didn’t agree with everything your parents taught you. If you could say no, lie and talk back to your parents. Or if you ever doubted anything your parents said. You should be able to doubt things about stereotypes.
Excuse - I don’t hang out with a lot of those type of people.
Destroying the excuse - But with the type of people you did hang out with. You didn’t notice how all of them were different. How could you think in a group everyone’s the same if even the people you hang out with are different. You had to have notice then that all people aren’t the same.

Well in my media focus one it's depends on the level of stupidity. Some people only watch TV. Sad but true. A lot of immigrant family first major purchase is a TV because you don't have to know a lot of English, you can learn "first-hand" about American life, values, and morale as well as course our law and langauge for the most part. Problem is most immigrants are drawn to cop dramas, court shows, reality TV, the WWE, and one or two soaps which are heavily laced with gross stereotypes about nearly every group living here in the US and thus they get embedded into these newer Americans. I can't count the times Middle Eastern women have jumped in the middle of the busy streets of SF because they looked at my little dark father. However, I guess to them when they see my daddy even in his uniform (he's a transit operator btw) they just assume that he's this big scary Black man coming to kill them. Which is far from true.
Second point: Again stupidity breeds faster than any illness. I'm starting to gather theories of why such a enriched society is so stupid. I mean we have Google, WIKI, books, movies, and a wealth of education and yet we are still stupid about each other and ourselves.
