Make an interractive game?
How about making a forum for each sailor scout (so people can talk about their favorites)?

1.
Something like Gaiaonline's chatterbox but with less threads to go through... yeah?
2.
A contest?
Prizes... have to be discussed beforehand...
3.
MSN OR YAHOO MESSENGER CHATS?
4.
Making the guild more active?

I like:
1)But instead of making it an overall chatterbox, not do so much of the bumping and spamming (that's just a waste of space and time)
2)The contest thing could be really cool (it could be a contest make a new banner for the guild and etc.)
4)Obviously if the guild is more active, then there is a good chance for more activities in the guild and the guild members (which I would assume at some time would be many), having fun.
I don't really understand what you meant by number three? Were you thinking of the members chatting with each other on MSN and/or Yahoo?

3. yeah, i was thinking of yahoo and msn messenger chats among members only.
we could have a thread with lists of the messenger details...

That's okay, the majority of guilds I know have a suggestion box (that's practically the first step in making the guild more of what the members want).
Well, in reference to #3, you can, make a special thread dedicated to those that want to do this (such as stating there username in Yahoo/ MSN).

What if Sailor Pluto/and/or Sailor Saturn became evil and joined up with Light Yagami (Death Note)? They could all be conspiring something together.
Sorry if the plan is not solid, I just finished seeing something an the thought came to me. sweatdrop
