These are my predictions for 2010 great investments:
Kitty Slippers: Even though they had a 300% increase in 2009, I am willing to bet they will have a 300% to 1,000% increase this year. I would NOT be surprised if Kitty Slippers started pushing near the 100k range in a year or two. These are the hottest things on the street, extremely affordable and they have awesome poses of hot Gaia items. You can't go wrong with Kitty Slippers, if you want to invest in something, Go with these bad boys otherwise come 2011 you'll be checking out those 70k Kitty Slippers on the Marketplace and cringing for not buying them in 2010 for 10k each.**Currently this item has been AI'd-- DO NOT BUY FOR 20k+
Nitemare Sashes: Oh my goodness, by far this is the best MC in the past 6 years. It's been out a about 3 months now and in that very short time it's seen a 100% increase. After the price settled when it came out it was 60k and now it's pushing 120k and it is NOT slowing down. I expect this item to yield a 300-700% increase in 2010. If you don't grab this smoking hot item now, it will be in the MILLIONS sooner than you think and you will wallow in your corner of misery asking yourself why you didn't grab one for 60k.
Silver Laurels: In my opinion this is the 2nd hottest MC to be investing in. Sure the price is high, but you know what? It's only going to get higher and higher and higher and higher until it reaches the millions. If you wait for the price to settle you will NEVER get this item. It's a hot ticket to some amazing profit in 2009.
Demonic Anklets: This item is amazing. Its already performed well in 2009 and it is still extremely affordable. I am sure this will net you at LEAST 100%+ profit by 2011 if you invest now while the price is still affordable.
Goti The Kid/Gothic Butterfly: These will be the under-dogs of 2010, but I honestly believe that in the long-run they will definitely pay off. I expect a 75%-100% inflation on them by 2011
Compass of Seidh: I have high hopes for this item. BUT do not invest in this until it sees a terrible evolution. When an EI has a horrible evolution and the price tanks, THAT is the best time to buy. If you buy at any other time, it's always going to be a big risk.
Golden Wings: IF/WHEN Gaia discontinues this item it will see MASSIVE inflation. I predict that as soon as Gaia announces that the item will discontinue that it will receive a 100% increase in price, and this will steadily continue after the item has officially been discontinued. Risky to put your money in these right now, but if you wait too long then you will miss out on some great profit.
