Suddenly appearing at the gates, Rai stood there, his hands in his pockets, and his Raikage's hat on his head. He had come for one reason. To see the Hokage, whether or not they had chosen a new one or not. He wanted answers. And he would get them. "Raikage, come to see the new Hokage. Urgent matters." Without hearing the Jounin's response, Rai continued on into the village, uncaring about what protests they would have. If they were going to try and stop them, he would kill them without a second thought.
