Before any shinigami is accepted into the ranks of the Onmitsukido they are first presented with a rather old wooden plague with a list of rules on it. This plague has been handed from potential recruit to potential recruit since the beginning of the force with the only changes being the head of house’s name at the bottom. Oddly enough the writing seems to be made in a dark brown ink which has soaked into the wood in surprising ways:
“1. Members will post a minimum of three times per week. This is not negotiable. Should there be a problem in real life you must take it up with me so that you are exempt from this. With that being said, if you want certain things to add to your profile you must train for them. To do this you must create a PrP with your first post stating what you will be training for. Depending on what it is there is a chance I will have to train with you for you to accomplish the feat.
2. Members will maintain a constant level of literacy, preferably that of at least a fifth seat. Failure to do so will result in a week in the maggots nest. During which time you will be stripped of rank, power, and your zanpukato. Failure to do so a second time will result in the banishment from the Onmitsukido.
3. Members will be expected to follow ALL Gaia T.O.S. and Guild rules. Failure to do so will result in an immediate banishment from the Onmitsukido, stripping of rank and Onmitsukido based forms of combat as well as possible banishment from the guild if the offense is serious enough.
4. Members will be expected to train a minimum of once every month with a five post p/rp. Failure to do so can result in a stripping of rank and a referral to leave the Onmitsukido.
5. Members will be expected to maintain a constant level of respect with everyone. Failure to do so will result in stripping of rank, and time in the maggots nest as well as possible repercussions from the victims own captain and/or crew.
6. Members will be expected to maintain a consistent post length throughout their time in the Onmitsukido.
7. Members will not use their abilities for the harassment of others. To do so is considered abuse of power and will be treated as such. Failure to abide will result in stripping of rank and time in the maggots nest.
