Personality:Rai is shy when it comes to non ninja things, such as interaction with others. He prefers to walk alone in the village parks instead of hanging out with fellow nin. He prefers the intellectual approach to a mission then blindly charging into battle guns a blazzing.

Detailed Biography:Rai was born into a small family of well respected ninja in the sand village. His father was an advisor the kazeikage, while his mother is a retired member of the village's elite tracking squad. Rai is the youngest of three children, two male and one female. As a ninja student Rai was in the top ten percent of his class, but due to his shy nature he never wanted to be the top student in the class. While most student of the village hidden by the stone tend to focus on combat, Rai followed the footsteps of his mother and focused on tracking and assassination. He goal is to become the head of the villages stealth team which focuses on assassination of rogue ninja, and enemny ninja for other villages. Unfortunatly the previous Kazekage died,so Rai's name was picked to run the village.
