if so i am seriously going to try and make arrangements to attend. especially now that i live in Utah again. 8 hour drive or a 1 1/2 hour flight and i got family that live on the outskirts of the city. that's almost too god to pass up.
i read about that too. seems more like blizz just doesnt want it announced before they officially announce it so i'm still banking on it being there. where is it usually, Anaheim?

Yes, it has only ever been in Anaheim so far.
And while they did not ever say where it would be or when the next one will be, they have stated explicitly that it will not be in Las Vegas.
Really, don't hold your breath.

i think they were thinking about it but when the convention center ruined the surprise, blizz got pissed and said we are not having it there.

You think Blizzard would move their entire convention because the "Surprise" of it being somewhere else was ruined?
If you guys read some of the articles from WoW.com who first discovered it, the CEO or someone important of the Las Vegas convention center set the date himself in hopes it would bring Blizzard there, but he never actually meant for it to go all the way through to be finalized.
That is why they had a date there. To which Blizzard said "No, we will not be hosting it in Las Vegas this year."

I've been crossing my fingers like crazy they'd move it to Vegas.
Yadda yadda far away from headquarters... Blah blah blah...
Just wish they'd move it since getting to Vegas is so much cheaper than Anaheim thanks to the casinos. Tons of companies that fly from smaller towns just to get the gamblers out to Vegas too. Also seemed easier to get around Vegas without a car than it did Anahiem.
I had a terrible time with transportation + airport stuff during Blizzcon 2008. Was lucky I had friends to rely on. Might have just been my inexperience in the area though.
