I went to this giant super bowl party at a restaurant. So they did a freaking raffle and turned the sound off on the giant projector screen. Me and my two friends ran downstairs to the bar and there were like four other men in there. Plus the bartender. They started staring at us when we were singing along and then they started laughing. They looked at my Pinball Wizard tee and said, "Really? Haha, aren't you a little young for the Who?" I shook my head smiling. While we were singing Baba O'Riley, one guy said, "Wow, teens only know the words to Baba O'Riley. Hahahaha." And the rest joined in laughing. So once Who Are You came on, they laughed again and his friend said, "Oh my god, you're the coolest kids we've ever seen!" We knew like every word. I thought the entire show was AMAZING. I loved the stage too. Once it was over we walked out screaming how awesome it was. Then, I walked into the smaller ballroom and screamed "I LOVE PETE TOWNSHEND!" And with my hands I formed a heart over my head. A lot of people stared at me.

That was one of the best Super Bowl halftime performances I've ever seen. The 2008 one was awesome, too. The one with Tom Petty.

We didn't watch the game either. I got text updates. Oh, and apparently, the men who were laughing at us were one of the Real Housewives of New Jersey's son and husband. Something like that. Around my area, their perofrmance discussion is still going on. Some people think that they pre-recorded it and used lip-synced it. It did not sem like it at all so I shot that thought down

Of course! I thought they were amazing! I was like "Yes!! THIS is a half-time show!" Too many people were like, "I still don't get why a British band is playing at the biggest American event of the year." I was like, "Shut up. They're great, so stop complaining!"

Because most of the Current bands suck. They could have had Aerosmith play, even though they are from New York. (If they wanted an American band to play) but, it was pretty cool to have The Who perform.

Well, the Super Bowl band planning was like at the brink of their fight, sooooo yeah that wouldn't really have worked out. I was gonna say Van Halen but whatever..

I didn't get to watch them because where I watched it, they had a trivia game for the whole half-time. I was bummed but I saw recaps of it and I loved it!!
