is it me or are some of them just getting plain ridiculous? I mean I just saw an acura one, where they boast a quiet ride.
they find it ok to tell me, that they use microphones to detect unwanted engine noise, then use opposing frequencies to quiet it out.
ok, a quiet ride is nice, and my impreza is plenty quiet WITHOUT any of what they are offering. so really am I paying all that much more money for a car based mainly on performance? or wasted research and selfish features?

Acuras run pretty quiet anyway without all that...
my daddy has a 98' TL that gives a pretty smooth ride and is pretty reliable
...and soon to be mine mrgreen
