If you're looking to get your quest accepted or some staff critique please post the following form is this thread:

*[# / 2] : Indicate the number of approvals you have been given prior to the request.
Make sure to indicate if you only want critique or only want acceptance. If you ask solely for acceptance, you will receive either a simple "acceptance" or "denied", without any input.
