This is a system where if you violate the guild rules or the TOS (Terms of Service) you will get 2 warnings (strikes) then on the 3rd warning (strike) you will get banned. When you get your 1st strike a grace period starts which lasts for 3 months. If you get your 2nd strike within the 1st grace period, then the grace period resets immediately for 6 months. If you get your 3rd strike within the grace period of the 2nd strike then it will result in a ban.

good idea, though if someone breaks some thing big on the tos (hacking,racisim,etc) they should almost be banned on the 1st offense(mabye give them 1 more chance but with no/year grace peroid)
