Felt's Favorite Recipes
Irish Soda Bread 4 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups buttermilk
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix flour, salt, and soda well. Add buttermilk. Mix until the mess becomes a wad. Kneed the wad on a generously floured surface. Form it into a ball. Cut an X in the top. Place in a well greased round cake pan. Cover it with the other cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes and remove the top cake pan. Continue baking for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with a tea towel, and sprinkle with water. Serve and enjoy!
(If you don't have buttermilk, put 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a measuring cup and add enough milk to make 2 cups of liquid. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes. I've never made this bread with actual buttermilk, so I know this works!)
Sausage-Rice Casserole 1 Lb sausage, cooked 1 cup rice, cooked 1 can cream of mushroom soup Onion Celery
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a casserole dish, mix sausage, rice, and soup. Add a good amount of onion and celery. This depends on your taste. Mix it up some more. Even it all out, and pop it in the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Ramen Noodle Stew This is one of my favorites. It's quick, easy, and very versatile. 2 packages Ramen Noodle Soup, preferably beef 1 Lb cooked ground beef OR a bunch of leftover roast/ribs that you need to get rid of 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can mixed vegetables
Put all your canned stuff and the noodles in a pot. Add the beef flavoring, or if you don't have beef, dissolve 2 beef bullion cubes in some water and pour that in there. If you don't have enough liquid to cover the noodles, add water until you do. Put your cooked meet in the pot, cut into cubes if you're using leftovers, and cook until the noodles are done.

More of Felt's Favorite Recipes
Bacon Cabbage 1 Lb bacon 1 head cabbage
In a skillet, cook the bacon. Leave the grease. When the bacon's done, cut it up a little bit. Slice the cabbage and put it in the skillet. Cover it and let it steam until it's done. It's fantastic! The cabbage tastes like bacon!!
Chocolate Icing 1/3 cup butter, softened 1/3 cup baking cocoa 2 cups powdered sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2-ish tablespoons milk
Icing doesn't have to be a chore to make. This stuff is really freaking easy. First, mix up the cocoa and the butter. DO NOT TEST-TASTE IT! You'll want to vomit. When it's mixed well, add the powdered sugar. I used a pastry blender for this. When you git it mixed, it's good to taste, and you should be reminded of fudge. Mix in the vanilla and enough of the milk to make the icing spreadable. I didn't use the whole 2 Tbsp. Spread it on your cake, or sit down to a good movie and enjoy.
There will be more recipes. None, however, come to mind at the moment.
