Hm...first off, maybe lower the entry fee slightly? Just to, say 100. You can always ask people to donate later.

I'm captain of another guild and crew in several, so I'd be glad to help you, just ask^^.

Don't go buying a bunch of subforms; you can't sell them, and it'd be a waste. Buy them as you need them.
