Dead Bone Pulse
Shikotsumyaku (屍骨脈; Literally meaning "Dead Bone Pulse") is the Kekkei Genkai of the extinct Kaguya clan, which gave them the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure. By infusing their calcium with chakra, they can manipulate the growth and properties of their bones to their likings. The ability seems to be rare amongst the clan members.
The main capabilities of Shikotsumyaku is allowing the user to manipulate their bones' growth. This allows them to create weapons of bones that can either protrude from any part of the body, or pulled out and used like hand held weapons. They can even fire pieces of their bones as long-ranged projectiles. Any bone that they remove from the body immediately regenerates, as does the skin that is damaged when the bones are removed. Users can increase the density of the created bones, making them stronger than steel. This not only makes the created weapons very powerful, but also makes their bodies virtually indestructible.
Most of the techniques are taijutsu-based sword dances, which are used for close combat and defense. However, as Kimimaro demonstrated, the bones can also be forced to grow from the ground, as a form of a ninjutsu, and that he can emerge from any of these bones.

- The only bones that can be used are the ones described in the techniques listed below
- Bones do not grow indefinitely
- Cuts, Stabs or wounds that are not inflicted by the bloodline techniques do not have accelerated growth factors.

Dance of the Camellia - D Rank -
Description: The user performs this jutsu by modifying the humerus (upper arm bone) of either their right or left arm to create a short, hilt-less bone sword.
Dance of the Willow - C Rank -
Description: To perform this dance, the user grows several long bone blades from their body for use as weapons. Though they primarily uses two blades grown from the palms of their hands, they also use several secondary bones grown from their elbows, knees, and shoulders. This dance form is incredibly acrobatic, using spins, charges, and long sweeping slashes to make the strikes more effective and to evade opponents' counter strikes. The user can also extend their bones to attack their opponents without having to adjust their own movement.

Description: The fires their fingertip bones at an opponent like bullets.
Dance of the Larch - C Rank -
Description: This jutsu creates a mass of razor-sharp bone spikes all over the user's body. These spines appear to be branches off his pre-existing skeletal structure rather than completely new bones. They can stab an opponent even as they are growing.
Dance of the Clematis: Vine - B Rank -
Description: Using this kekkei genkai, the user can modify and pull out their own spinal column to use as a flexible chain staff, regrowing a new spine to replace the removed one. The protrusions on the vertebrae are modified to make them stronger and sharper.
Dance of the Clematis: Flower - A Rank -
Description: This is a follow-up to the Dance of the Clematis: Vine. The user's entire forearm is encased in a giant drill made of bone to attack a trapped victim. The bone is strengthened (through compression and its plaited spiral shape) to become the hardest type of bone the body can produce. The bone resembles a flower, hence the name.
NINJUTSU:
Dance of the Seedling Fern - S Rank -
Description: This kekkei genkai's final dance (presumably the strongest as a last resort), this jutsu causes a giant forest of bone spikes to burst from the ground. The user is able to emerge from any bone at will, giving him a deadly element of surprise should the opponent be able to avoid the attack. Of all the techniques shown through the Shikotsumyaku abilities, this dance is the only one to be a ninjutsu, rather than a taijutsu.

Self Mutilation This "Bloodline" is more of a technique. This technique transforms the user's body into something similar to that of a rag-doll's, which is held together by hundreds of thick black threads. The user is able to manipulate these threads for many purposes. They are capable of sewing up any injuries that they or others might suffer. However, it appeared that this ability was somewhat limited. They could detach parts of their limbs and then manipulate them to the point that they can even send them underground and then reattach them when he was done with them. They could also use these threads to sew up the damaged bodies of others.
Rules:
- Must be from Hidden Rain Village
- Hearts MAY NOT be taken by RPers with this kind of RPC without crew permission.
- Vital organs remain in the same place
- Threads can stretch up to 200 Meters

- Able to stretch and maneuver extremities to the user's will (within limit stated in the rules)

Decription: The user makes a clone out of thread. This technique distributes the amount of thread that the user controls evenly throughout the clones. (MAX 4)

Blood Ninjutsu
The Tsukioma clan is well known around the Mist village as being a family of proud, honorable and strong warriors, not willing to back down even against impossible odds. They will carry missions out without second thought despite danger to themselves, however they are notorious for their loyalty to their comrades and family, if a Tsukioma headed squad loses any members its more likely than not it was the Tsukioma who died to save his/her squad.
Clan/ Kekei Genkai Description - This is renowned as the living weapon Kekkai Genkai , the user can use his own blood, or that of an injured opponent to forge weaponry or other objects, while the user can draw as much blood as he can from his own wounds, the most he is capable of drawing from an opponents wound is limited by said opponents strength, size of wound, and energy possesed by the user. While it is rumored that exceptionally gifted users can drain an opponent of all blood, it has never been witnessed to be used in such an extent, the closest ever recorded use of the technique in this manner has been the ability to drain the blood from an opponents limb if able, leading to temporary paralyzation of the limb.

● Genjutsu:
Name: Screaming hall, endless nightmare.
Rank: S
Description: Transports the target into a realm of unpiercable shadows, they awaken to find themselves in a hall of distorted mirrors, their only notion is an overwhelming, all consuming fear that can incapacitate weak minded individuals. The victims are being pursued by some vicious creature who is never fully seen and brings the darkness with it, if the subject is caught and is low chunnin or gennin level, their minds could be shattered leaving them in a permanent state of fear, chunin and low to mid Jounin caught in the monster's grasp could face short term insanity and or loose conciousness alltogether.
Requirements: Direct eye contact or through a mirror with the target, works only on one person at a time.
● Name: Sea of Blood
Rank: B
Description: Causes the target to thing themselves adrift in a red sea, with no land in sight and shadowy outlines of fearsome, strange creatures.
Requirements: Chunin or weak minded individual as target
● Name: Boiling blood clone
Rank: C
Description: Allows the user to create clones of their own blood, these clones are similar to a Shadow Clone except that upon being attacked they explode into a spray of blood so hot that it has been known to melt skin.

Description: A suicide technique in which the user alters the composistion of their blood to that of an extremely volitaile and air reactive soulution, essentially becoming a bomb capable of leveling a village in the blink of an eye if cut, it is the most powerful, and forbidden jutsu availiable to the Tsukioma clan.

Description: A terrible, vicious jutsu that when used on a dead or dying opponent, causes them to expell blood from their, eyes, ears and Mouth, causing excrutating pain and exctracting any information they have, when used on a living opponent it can cause a simliar, albeit weaker effect.

Description: Allows increase, or simply stablization of the amount of blood.
Requirements: None, is a passive technique
● Name:Crimson storm
Rank: B
Description: uses blood to create a shower of boiling blood in the form of needles, duration is dependent on chakra level and amount of blood supplied.

Exploding Clay

This technique was developed from a forbidden technique that was stolen from Iwagakure. By using the technique's ability to knead chakra into objects through the mouths in the palms of their hands, the user can infuse clay with chakra. They then molds it into a shape depending on the abilities they want it to have and spit it out. After molding the clay, the user can enlarge it to various sizes depending on the intended purpose of the clay. Once enlarged, the clay creations can be brought to life and controlled remotely by the user. The user can make the clay explode by saying "Katsu". Though the explosives are powerful, they are all earth-based techniques, and as such, can be defused by a lightning technique.

C1 - C Rank
Description: The most basic and versatile form of explosive clay created from a single palm mouth. These are small animated dolls that often resemble small birds or insects, though some are made into snakes, fish and some misshapen-like creatures. They have little explosive power, making them excellent for covert operations.
C2 - B Rank
Description: One of the clan's specialties; a large dragon, capable of flight. While the user is safely on its back, the dragon spits out smaller clay figures that attack the opponent like guided missiles. The dragon also produces clay mines, which are used to force opponents to fight in a limited space.
C3 - A Rank
Description: The clan's most powerful large scale bomb, an enormous, roughly human-shaped statue that Deidara drops on targets from above. Its explosive power was great enough to apparently could have destroy a large portion of Sunagakure.
C4 - S Rank - FORBIDDEN
Description: A giant doll, shaped like the user. When it ruptures, a cloud of microscopic bombs is released. Impossible to be seen by normal people, the victims breathe in the bombs, which then enter the bloodstream. Once there, the countless micro-bombs explode, causing the victims' bodies to disintegrate at the cellular level, literally turning them into dust.
C0 - S Rank - FORBIDDEN
Description: The Clan's most powerful jutsu; a suicidal technique in which the user eats a large ball of clay with the mouth on their chest. This consumes their entire body, condensing the body into a large black sphere with jagged teeth and pupil-less eyes. The sphere then opens up and detonates, destroying everything within a blast that covers more than ten kilometers.
